We went to this location to eat and no one took our order or said anything about drive through only. We pulled around to leave and there was a line at the drive through. It took 25 minutes in line at the drive through to get our food. I watched several people just pull out of line and leave. I really don’t know how this location stays open. I would rate the food, but I am still at the window waiting for it.

EXTREMELY rude, slammed the drive thru door on me. Pulled up to the intercom and they said they couldn’t understand me (I speak fluent English) and to pull up to the window so I do and for my drink I asked for a RT 44 cherry limeade NO LIME SLICES EXTRA CHERRY. Well guess what ? I got NO CHERRY AND LIME SLICES in my drink. Extremely rude. No “have a good day” I will most likely NOT be coming back unless something is done. Name on my receipt for the cashier says Shyanne.

In 2022 I visited. Placed an online order went to pick it up and no one answered the call light for 15 min. I had to knock on the door. Went today (May 2025) to give it another try. Still no answer when I pressed the call button. Finally placed my order and didn’t even get what I ordered. Probably won’t be back again

I have refused to go to this Sonic for several years because the service was terrible in the past-no one would even take your order. Recently this Sonic went under new ownership, and it was a totally different experience! The food was fresh and the service was quick. So glad to see the changes!

I wish I could rate this zero stars. Waited an hour to get a drink, which ended up being the wrong order, and mozzarella sticks, which were completely empty, no cheese nothing just a shell of breading. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient but if you’re in that long line waiting reading LEAVE

Not sure if Food is good or not because we sat and waited for 30 minutes on somebody to answer the speaker even tried going through the drive through and nobody would answer the speaker and the same cars were waiting for food for like 30 minutes or so

They refused to take my order at the speaker and made me drive up and wait 5 minutes to order a drink and a pretzel. Seems sonic cannot make it at all in Louisville and it is sad. Must be poor management.

The stuff said that the drive-thru speakers and their headsets were not working right. I drove up to the window I saw a guy just looking at his phone. We drove around and parked in front of menu. We press the red button and it has been a while we just happened to flag down someone he came back took our order & the county and the tots we're very good. But the effort I had to go through to get it would make me go somewhere else. Sonic go check out this location fix whatever problems they're having. You have a good thing going don't mess it up this location
