One person in line, yet it took forever for anyone to come on the speaker. No tater tots, no cheese sticks, no Apple Pay, no tap to pay. This was at 6:30pm on a Saturday.

I went to Sonic recently to grab a quick bite and it was just okay. I ordered a cheeseburger and a cherry limeade, and while the drink was really good as always, the burger was kind of average and didn’t taste very fresh. The carhop was friendly, but the wait was longer than expected considering there weren’t many cars. I like the variety on the menu and the convenience of ordering from the car, but this visit didn’t really stand out. It’s a decent spot for a casual meal, but not something I’d go out of my way for.

The slowest service I’ve ever experienced. We waited over 5 min for anyone to even answer our red button and we waited over 25 min for our 2 drinks and 1 chicken sandwich and it never showed up. We pressed our red button again to ask what was going on and nobody ever answered it.

Worst sonic in the world. Can’t even place your order. This place should be replaced with something better. Never seen such terrible work ethic from somewhere and I’ve continuously tried to order from here for years

It said there was new ownership and to give them a chance on the sign. It took 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. (I was the only person in line) I could have gotten unlucky with the workers at the time but not a good sign at all. Chicken sandwich was good though.

The shakes and slushes here are SO good. But every single time I come here, there's a major problem such as their system is totally down, they are out of several flavors, the speaker on the drive thru isn't working, etc. The employees are rude and look so dang depressed. You sit in the drive thru line for no less than 20 minutes. I can't imagine this location will still be around a year from now. Not sure how it's made it this long.

First of all I arrive there at 6:30 PM and when I arrive I click the red button when I clicked it I waited for 5-10 minutes they told us to go through the driveway we been in the driveway for a hour to get drinks with a straw use good we told the lady can we have a better straw a big one they said no they didn’t check and straight said we don’t have it just for 4 drinks 1 hour wait .

I sat in line for 38 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 slushies, 1 of which was the wrong flavor requested...I understand they were understaffed and were a little busy but that doesn't excuse The attitude, rude facial gestures,etc the young lady working the drive thru expressed literally from the moment we arrived until we left. Acted like we were a burden to be at their business as patrons ... Definitely would've been regular customers because the food was surprisingly good but after this experience I will never go to sonic again. Maybe in another state lol.
I saw about a month or 2 ago they had a sign outside saying they were under new and improved management... Lol we can see how that's going. Beware of sonic !
