I have refused to go to this Sonic for several years because the service was terrible in the past-no one would even take your order. Recently this Sonic went under new ownership, and it was a totally different experience! The food was fresh and the service was quick. So glad to see the changes!
The stuff said that the drive-thru speakers and their headsets were not working right. I drove up to the window I saw a guy just looking at his phone. We drove around and parked in front of menu. We press the red button and it has been a while we just happened to flag down someone he came back took our order & the county and the tots we're very good. But the effort I had to go through to get it would make me go somewhere else. Sonic go check out this location fix whatever...
After many years of questionable service, I saw that Ambrosse Lane Sonic was under new management. I decided to give it another chance on Easter Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised!! The last time I was dining at this sonic, I placed an order through the app as I usually do, and signed in to a stall for mobile pick up. After a long wait time,
I finally decided to press the button for service, and they told me they don’t bring orders out and to come through the drive...
