Had been waiting to go here for a while Tried to do an order over thw phone which i understood why they wouldnt do without the payment. So i went there places an order and was told that it would be 15 mins which i didnt have a ptoblem. When i went back in then i was told it would be another 12 mins which took antotal of 35 mins to get the food that i had ordered. There waa no place to wait and it was hot outside which i know they dont have anything to with tue weather. But to have to wait to get food that long was cery disappointing then to not be able to get the sides that i had ordered on top of it. The fish wasn't that good and the 2 little.peices for the price, I wouldnt get again. The mac n cheese didnt have flavor and i didnt like the green beans either and the corn bread was dry..i don't know if they were havibg a bad day or what but to pay $50 for some food and it dudnt taste good i was very disappointed. The wings were good in the soul box and i thought it was priced right but not sure if i would return.

I've visited this place 4 or 5 times now and they never have nothing that they advertise, so I can't say the food is good or bad I always leave out the door with nothing. And no I'm not coming when their ready to close this is middle of the day.

Literally the most ghetto experience of my life black owned business please take a course on how to properly deliver customer service. I realize you all are located in a bad part of town so the smell of weed is just a thing u have to deal with - got it but literally had an order an large order at that to pickup and they cancelled the entire order bc they didn’t have 1 item, instead of waiting til we got there to ask us how we wanted to proceed. The woman lied and said she closed at 6:30 when in fact online and on the door it clearly stated 7pm and allowed us to put a pickup time of 6:45p. We drove all the way from PRP to pickup so we wasted valuable time and energy all to be greeted by staff that was obviously on some sort of drug as she couldn’t even make out words clearly. Never again will I waste my time dealing with low level folks who can’t get the concept of customer service.

Unfortunately, this is my third time ordering and the food has not been consistent. The mac and cheese for instance was so good when I first tried it and now it taste completely different than before. My food has been inconsistent and they don’t always have what’s listed On the menu at the time of ordering. I hope this places gets better because it has potential.

Rude service, for an hour and 20 minutes for cheese fries! After asking how kong the rest of the wait would be we were told that since we cant appreciate the one man show in the truck to take our money and get out of his face.

I ordered the Soul Fried Chicken with fries and green beans as well as the smothered pork chops, green beans, and Mac & cheese dinner with a side of Philly Cheese steak eggrolls. The food was EXCELLENT!!! Although I only got one pork chop, the eggrolls made up for that. The seasoning and taste was on point. The staff was friendly and pleasant. This has now become a MUST STOP restaurant.

I purchased a bake chicken dinner that consisted of a leg and a thigh, it was so little. I had to give it to my 3 year old nephew. It's a shame that I spent almost 16.00 and the size of the chicken was only enough for a 3 year old. I will never go back again.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Catfish and fries were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious! Buffalo wings were good! And the cakes were absolutely devine! Big red cake and 7up cake were so moist and delicious! Great food. Great prices. Great service. 10/10 highly recommend! I normally take photos but it was so good... I didn't have a chance to lol. But we'll definitely be back and will try and take pics next time.
The food and staff are amazing. I go here to eat every single time I am in the area.

I am trying to figure out why this establishment is So rude! & Ghetto, 1. You can’t even leave a honest review with Fred back. Without a smart response, or A questionable response, like someone is lying on them. The Proof is in the reviews. Attitudes can be nasty. Do not honor refunds. & the timing is completely off. Stay professional & be a good reflection. Not mmmmmmmm just distasteful, food is GOOD though. Needs better customer service
