My wife went and got us dinner from here tonight, and they forgot the meat on the sandwiches, so we got bread a tomato and some lettuce and a pickle odd sandwich to send out the door. We order the bean and ham soup, which has everything but Ham! It was a ham less bean and ham soup. So I'm not sure how you label that one maybe just call it bean soup? ? I get it I worked in service industry 18 years, but If your going to sell a product it needs to be proofed before it goes out the door. Other wise people will leave you a review. I did attempt to call but the phone just rings I tried 3 separate times. No one ever answers the phone.

This is a really neat little place. First time coming here. Went for lunch and got a roast beef sandwich with some sweet tea. I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was and how fast the service was. The lady was really nice and price was fair. I’ll be back.Parking: There’s space for a straight truck to park. I’m in a 26’ and have space in the back to park. The place also neighbors a big open parking lot which would be appropriate for a semi to park.

The sandwiches were delicious. My husband got broccoli & cheese soup . He really liked it. We will definitely be ordering more food from there.
I LOVE SOUPYS! Every time I go my food is consistently good. I live about 25 mins away and I tell you my soup stays SO HOT. There is nothing better than getting food to go and it staying fresh and hot as if you were just served it. My biggest pet peeve with to go food, I feel like I have to eat it right then and there to enjoy it. Nope not here, Thank you Soupys! I’ve never taken the nuclear review option with a locally-owned establishment, or any establishment for that matter. I’ve only reviewed for truly fantastic service, well above any quality standards I have experienced. However, that has now changed.This restaurant is not recommended. The quality of food has dramatically decreased at this establishment month over month for a while. Since living in Louisville, we’ve come by consistently multiple times monthly (17 times just since June 27, 2023), as it was basic food, consistent, and reasonably priced.After multiple instances of low quality food and bungled service from a specific staff member, we’ve still come back. (Hint: Try ordering in the pouring rain and saying you don’t want toppings on your sandwich to be told over the course of an additional thirty seconds in the downpour that toppings aren’t normally put on the sandwich, but they’d be happy to put them on.) To be fair, this situation did not occur at this visit and should have been the end of our patronage, as the vehicle was literally soaked.Today was the final straw however, as the nearly $8 medium chicken noodle soup contained, quite literally, three (3) separate noodles and a few pieces of chicken (with not even 75% of the cup filled with broth). Additionally, the bread on the sandwich was so stale that it had to be replaced upon arrival home.This seems to be a relatively targeted problem, as most people tend to enjoy the establishment and do not report issues with food nor service, which is rather interesting and feels personal.Additionally, this store has an exploding soup container problem, especially with chicken noodle soup — so much so that we started bringing a leak-proof container to transport the soups home in. No joke, it’s happened over five (5) times. Again, not a problem reported in other reviews and feels very personal.Summary: Choose someplace else.

So I've driven by soupy's for years but never stopped in until recently. The food is good not great but I mostly like their customer service and how friendly the staff is. They took it to another level tonight. My father has been in nursing facility and I needed something he would eat. I called a few minutes AFTER they had closed. Told them my situation. They took my order and waited for me to arrive. For that very reason I'll be a customer for life.

Used to be my favorite place for years!I’ve been coming here since 2019.I always get my bread toasted and meat heated for a few seconds. It was never a prob.Came through today, different faces, they were grumpy and rude; Stated that they are not allowed to do that and that they’re “sorry” for it but “it has been that way for years”.Lost a consistent customer+5 people along. It’s sad, however it is what it is.
