Quite upset I grabbed coffee from this location this morning. I ordered a pumpkin loaf and a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew. They handed me my pumpkin loaf at 8AM & I did not get my coffee until 8:26AM! That’s ridiculous. Not to mention, the drink was made poorly & I didn’t enjoy it. I can’t justify at 26min wait time for the drink - considering I requested no vanilla cream.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I drive out of the way to come here every weekday on the way to work. Vanessa, Katie, Cameron and the rest of the crew are always very friendly and make you feel welcomed. They always have a pup cup ready with my mobile order for my almost 2 year old dog, Charley. They are the best!

The Heather Lane location has been my go-to for well over a year. The coffee is exceptional every time; I’m very specific about how the black coffee I drink tastes and I’ve come to count on this locations way of bringing that to me. The people are always prepared, competent, quick, kind, and good spirited and I know I can count on them providing the quality products Starbucks represents. I give this location a 11 out of 10 because they’ve helped me find a weekend morning drink selection that never varies and gives my day a wonderful boost.
