Usually love coming to this location but today was just horrible. The guy on the drive-thru kept cutting me off, couldn’t even finish a sentence before I got asked “k, anything else”, like yes. Let me finish my sentence. I asked for extra drizzle AND to line the cup and there was maybe 1or 2 lines on the cup. I came back inside and asked them to remake with extra caramel that I originally asked for and said, “ no, it’s there” and I simply said “no it’s not, I come here often and it’s never been like this” so she said “yeah I guess I’ll ask them to remake it” like I was a problem asking for what I paid for. Very disappointing. I get it. We’re all busy and have things to do, but don’t rush me and don’t make it seem like I’m a problem asking for what I simply paid for. After this interaction, I’ll most likely be going to another location. The people behind the counter were too busy gossiping about another employee instead of making the customers happy. So very sad, no I know you don’t like the customers or the people they work with. Yes, we can hear everything you say back there.

It's stuck in Bardstown Road strip mall city so to speak but it's across the street from Costco so that makes it convenient. Fortunately service and coffee were good. There are plenty of seats available to simply sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. I have no complaints Oh, TripAdvisor still doesn't have this location listed on their site. It's been here for years. Go figure.

I come here all the time. Never had an issue with this or any other location. But today- in 2024. I take it since they have a little contract now they can be as unfriendly as they like. The person at the drive thru was nasty. Made my drink incorrectly. I go go in the person making the drinks tried to give me syrup to put in the drink I paid $7 for. Drink was still nasty- something was off with it. Called. John, the young.store manager argued with me and hung up.Do better. John is a horrible and unprofessional so call shift supervisor.

They took our mobility order online and when we arrived the doors were locked and we had to go thru the drive thru line which took 20 minutes, so much for ordering ahead.

Had the rudest experience with the barista while trying to pick up my mobile order. When I got up to the window they didn’t even say anything, I sat at the window and waited for 15 minutes past the time when my order was supposed to be ready. They also got my order wrong but she was so rude and I didn’t want to ask her to make it properly and wait another 20 minutes.

Just left here the young man I told me him extra caramel they only put a drop on top and nothing around the sides the young man said you have to tell us but aren't most drink have caramel around the side for 7.47 I shouldn't be a problem to do my drink right 12/02/2023 5:11

Always a pleasure, the staff at this location are always courteous and friendly. Their wifi beats the pants off the wifi at the Budgetel motel, which is nearly non existent. Almost always a very relaxed unhurried vibe.

Steer clear of this Starbucks. There are many better ones like the one at the corner of Hurstbourne and Taylorsville.They are rude and unaccommodating here. The food isn’t prepared properly and the drinks aren’t the right temperature either.
