First off, an employee was literally snapchatting people before taking my order which was annoying to see. Second off, I can't remember the last time they've made my order correctly, I've asked for a Frappuccino before and got an ICED COFFEE? Pls rethink your hiring choices and work on having better drink accuracy. and get better employees not ones that have shitty customer service.

Sub par customer service, they don’t have any of their food items and the last time I was here there was someone cussing up front. Tables are sticky as well. Drinks are good though ??♀️

Typically this Starbucks doesn't miss but lately they have been a little off. Mid-October and they didn't have any pumpkin spice or even the seasonal pumpkin cream cheese muffin. PSL is life right now as we transition to fall so hopefully they get stocked up quickly.

This is supposed to be a pink drink. By far the worst drink I’ve ever received from Starbucks. Old man in there was rude and kept making my drink wrong saying he’s worked at Starbucks for years okay well how about you make a proper pink drink? Wow. Never coming back.

My drinks were made perfect! Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frap the worker was making the drinks by himself and had a line of people waiting. He worked well under pressure!
