Got my usual Venti Vanilla Frappe with white mocha and strawberry puree in the cup ?. Staff didn't really know what it was but they made it perfect and said it looked so good they wanted to buy it themselves.

This is actually my favorite Starbucks in Louisville. They have a very large area where you can sit and just relax, work on your laptop. They make really good Frapuccino’s which is my favorite drink. I will say I think they have a lot of new workers and when I ordered my Frappuccino with no whip cream, I also added an extra shot of espresso. The barista did not follow the directions that were clearly on the cup so if you do get a customized drink, make sure you check drink for corrections and that is what you ordered. She didn’t even apologize for not following the directions on my cup. My only request was no whip and a shot of espresso.

I've never been inside this location, only in the drive thru. I don't drink coffee, but I drink their teas, refreshers, etc. Every time I go, my drink tastes different.. It never tastes the same any of the times I go. Always too much or not enough of something even though I order it the same every time. I haven't really had this issue with other locations. After many failed attempts, I will now drive out of my way to get my drinks at a different location.

I tried to order a breakfast sandwich, unwarmed. Nope, absolutely not. Asinine. Starbucks is a minefield of things that make little sense and is often offensive. I spend more money than I should with SB. I despise, like many others the company but there are no other options and will ultimately only be punishing myself.
