The Starbucks at Holiday Manor in St. Matthews has some of the most disrespectful staff I've ever encountered in a drive-thru. The service felt rushed and unfriendly, and it's clear they could really benefit from more customer service training.

The brightest spot of my day is when I walk into Starbucks and they say my name and say have a good day. I look forward to it. They are always gracious, warm and welcoming and I love my chai tea. All of the employees at this location are excellent at their jobs. It’s a happy place to stop in the morning to start your day.

Self-righteous whiners who’d rather yell at passing cars about having to work than serve paying customers
They are generally pretty quick but they get busy at times and have plenty of difficult customers come through, so have patience and grace. The workers have never been rude or unpleasant with me. The drinks are almost always perfect and worth the wait.
