They are generally pretty quick but they get busy at times and have plenty of difficult customers come through, so have patience and grace. The workers have never been rude or unpleasant with me. The drinks are almost always perfect and worth the wait.
I would give 5 stars because service is excellent and coffee is great, when an order gets messed up it is fixed with no question, but at the drive thru, why does your card reader ask for a tip before the customer has even received their order?
