The brightest spot of my day is when I walk into Starbucks and they say my name and say have a good day. I look forward to it. They are always gracious, warm and welcoming and I love my chai tea. All of the employees at this location are excellent at their jobs. It’s a happy place to stop in the morning to start your day.
They are generally pretty quick but they get busy at times and have plenty of difficult customers come through, so have patience and grace. The workers have never been rude or unpleasant with me. The drinks are almost always perfect and worth the wait.
I would give 5 stars because service is excellent and coffee is great, when an order gets messed up it is fixed with no question, but at the drive thru, why does your card reader ask for a tip before the customer has even received their order? Trust me, you all aren't the only establishment with card readers that do this, but do you really think it's fair to ask for a tip before a customer has received their order?
