Don’t know if it’s the second shift thing or just really poor training and attentiveness. Starbucks should not have their name on this spot.

Very very slow service. It took 30 minutes to get our egg white bites. They also need to get rid of the bugs in the food display. I told them about the bugs. They didn’t seem to care,

Im heavily lactose intolerant so I mobile ordered a drink with oatmilk. I waited for about 10 minutes and saw the two baristas giggle and joke while putting whole milk in my drink. I heard them both discuss that it was funny to give whole milk instead of the oatmilk. I waited until she poured it into the cup to make sure it was mine. When she tried to give me the drink I told her it had whole milk and I ordered oat milk she got really aggressive and started screaming and cursing at me. I asked her to remake the drink which she and the other barista started cursing about and took an additional 15 minutes. I was handed a completely disgusting remake of a drink that only had milk and unblended matcha. I was going to miss my flight after 30 mins so I left and tossed the drink but this is unacceptable. This place needs to be reported to the health department and the staff deliberately mixes up allergens to trick customers. Avoid at all costs unless you want to get sick.

Ridiculously slow
Plaque says open at 3:30 daily. Google says 4:15 ( more than adequate for this airport). Staff refusing to open until 6am for anything but drip coffee. Not filling any pre-order for food, etc

I have flown out of this airport almost 100 times this year and gotten a coffee almost every time, and every time it has been the most disappointing coffee shop in all of the Kentucky. They continue to get bad reviews and do nothing to fix it and it shows that they’re making no efforts to get better. Stay away from this Starbucks, shut it down, start it over, fire every one in there and restaff. Whatever you have to do, it should have been fixed a long time ago and from now on I’ll be making a comment behind every SDF Starbucks visit.

A typical Starbucks with everything you would expect. When the lines are long, skip it.it took 30 minutes for a cappuccino and a tea and they got the name wrong. They were throwing out about a quarter of everything they made because people were long gone before their food and drink were ready. Not the cleanest one either.

i’m never one to leave bad reviews but will today so yall don’t make this same mistake i did. i ordered my food through the app, estimated to take 4-7 mins, plenty of time before my flight. not only does the app say they open at 4:15 and they didn’t open until 5:35, 20 mins after i even placed the order, i had to just ditch the drink bc it was too close to my flight boarding. save ur money and wait for ur coffee fix at ur next stop.
Barista was rude, rolled eyes at customers prior to opening. Said they couldn’t open due to staffing. However, staff arrived and they stood around talking and playing on their opens - this was an hour after expected opening time

If you're going to get Starbucks, get it outside of TSA the one inside has consistently gotten the drinks wrong and when you asked them to remake them, let's just say the customer service isn't the best.

Worst starbucks in the nation. Used my 35 minute wait time watch customers complain, staff to blame management and to leave a google review. App said drink was ready after 10 months, but actually took 35min. Staff said app was wrong? Bad image for the brand and for Louisville.

Charged for food that was not available. Gave empty wrapper and said they don’t have the food that we ordered. Waited 20 minutes to end up having to ask about the food only to find out they were keeping it behind the counter. Would not recommend anyone to this location.

The door sign stated that the location opens at 3:30 AM, and online information listed the opening time as 4:15 AM. However, the staff did not open the premises at either time due to a lack of available personnel. This caused confusion and inconvenience for customers expecting service.
