Place order 20 minutes before flight. Never got it. Almost missed y flight. Store manger just ignored me when try to get her attention multiple times.

It’s absolutely ridiculous to wait 30 minutes at an airport for a simple coffee and sandwich. This isn’t a casual café—it’s an airport. People have flights to catch, and flights don’t wait for Starbucks to get their act together. They seriously need to understand the urgency of their location and speed things up.

Two people standing around on their phones. Only one was working. They said they cannot make a Frappuccino because they are cleaning. I could do nothing but to walk off and laugh. What a joke

Rude, Slow, Incompetent. More than 30 minutes! Still got order wrong! Out of some food. Only 1 person was working. Other 3 were slouching around and making fun of customers. Not worth your time even if it were free.

I was in the Louisville airport on May 4th. It was a crazy post Derby day. I ordered a coffee and a wrap at 10:30am. I had to cancel my order at 11:20am. My order was slated to be ready between 60-63 minutes. I cancelled my order with a male. He said that he would handle and once I saw the receipt I would be able to request my funds be returned to by Starbuck's card. I see the receipt (receipt #71746799 $15.58) but not seeing any way to get a refund. I never received my order. I had to leave for my flight. I have tried calling numerous times today (502-975-7987) but it rings and then the call hangs up. I would love for someone to let me know how I can rectify this charge.

Took 20 mins to make drink. I watched them sit on there phones while there was a line of customers. one of the girls asked how do you make an iced chia. By the time I was given my iced chia with cold foam I realized that about only half of it was chai and the other half was cold foam, not to mention the chia tasted like seasoned milk and seemed to be made poorly. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and their ability to make drinks! I would not recommend this starbucks unless u want poorly made food and terrible service.

Gotta be the worst Starbucks in the world. I am posting this knowing that nothing will be done about this place and that the company literally doesn’t care, but here it is anyways. I wanted a pink drink and got one that wasn’t filled. When I asked them to fill it, she argued with me. I left there feeling like these people could care less about anything. As I walked away, the ladies started laughing and snickering about my request. Rude. Disrespectful. I come to this airport all the time. If someone at corporate sees this, please clean house at this location. It’s hurting the brand and is a bad representation of the company. Very bad.

I recently ordered an Iced Lavender Matcha Latte for $6.55, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The drink tasted more like water than matcha, which made me feel like it had been prepared ahead of time and left sitting too long. By the time I received it, all the ice had melted, and the distinct flavor of matcha was completely lost.

Additionally, there was supposed to be lavender foam, but there was no room left in the cup because it was overfilled with matcha. The barista didn’t seem to take the time to prepare the foam properly, and it didn’t resemble a foam at all. The overall taste was unpleasant, and I wasn’t able to reorder because I had a flight to catch.

I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, as I was really looking forward to enjoying this drink.

Was a Mistake to stop here. ,wait was 30 minutes for coffee and biscuit, and they got order WRONG , lots of confusion behind counter, and customers were leaving to catch planes, Recommend Not stopping here

This business is the worst to their employees. The management doesn't respect or care about their employees. Someone gets injured they ignore the person trying to report it. They change the schedule everyday,making it impossible for their workers to have a life. They also lie to the employees about trying to call them. They will literally change the schedule the morning of their day they were scheduled off. They will not change it until the last second they will give that person the whole week thinking they have that one day off and then as soon as that day comes they'll change their schedule and then fire them for not showing up. DO NOT GO HERE! They also like to schedule one person or two people to run the entire store by themselves while the manager sits back in the office and does nothing.

This place is a disaster. Over an hour on a mobile order regular coffee. It wasn’t that busy. Nobody seemed to care and the pace was equivalent to a snail.

Additionally, lots of people who did get their order complained about it being wrong. Mine was incorrect as well, but was told they would put me back into line of orders if I wanted it corrected.

This place should be avoided like the plague.
