Unable to take mobile orders, which adds to ridiculous lines, despite a huge mobile order pickup sign. The team created an expedited just coffee line for those who didn't need extra drink preparation. I appreciated the thought.

Maybe not enough people working but employee morale was very low….everyone had attitude and no one smiled. Not one single smile at any guest.

The worst Starbucks I have ever set foot in. The staff aren’t just inattentive, they are simply incompetent. They all just walk around aimlessly and it often looked like 2 or 3 people were completely lost. After 30 minutes of waiting I received probably the worst coffee I have ever tasted.

SDF Rotunda Starbucks. Seating area under renovation making it look closed. 4 employees & only 4 people placed orders. One employee (in charge of making drink orders) talked with a fellow non-Starbucks employee for 5 minutes before actually starting on our order. She did not pay attention to detail & made both drinks with whole milk (one was coconut milk). She had to remake them, then added whipped cream to them (no whip). Another employee asked a customer to hand her Splenda packets instead of walking 10 steps around counter to get them himself. Utterly pathetic customer service. I’d hate to see how terrible it is if they had to run as a typical busy Starbucks. Someone from corporate needs to step in!

This is the worst Starbucks in the world and has been for as many years as I can remember. Always the line stretches around the rotunda, it routinely takes 20+ minutes to get your order in, and then if you order hot food it will take at least another 30 minutes for that food to be ready — and this is all best case scenario!! It is never any better than this, often worse, and no plans to ever fix it! I have plenty of time to write this review because I’m sitting here waiting for food and have been for almost 45 minutes.

Currently in line for 20 minutes. No one has gotten their order taken. They are apparently going through shift change, and the manager will not come out of the back to tell anyone how long it will be. Line out the door. Gotta love when there’s not any other options at the airport.

Worst experience i have ever had at a starbucks. They were extremely busy which is understandable. I have no problem waiting. However, when i placed my mobile order only one drink of my 2 were up there. I was still missing 2 sandwiches and 1 strawberry banana pouch for my daughter. After waiting one sandwich came. A total of 35 min before the sandwich lady told me the other sandwich i wanted they didn't have. Ok no biggie. Ill just take an alternative. Im still waiting on my second drink. (A frozen). After a total of 45 min i flag an employee down and tell them im missing a drink. A lady behind the counter rudely says the made that already, someone must have took it. Ok no biggie can it just get remade? They then find my frozen on another counter across the store, melted then tells me "i called it out im not remaking it!!". Maam you had it on the wrong counter. I was where i was supposed to be. They ignored me further and i still never received my daughters fruit pouch. Horrendous attitudes and behavior. I do not mind long waits. I understand they're busy. But when YOU put my drink on the wrong counter and dont acknowledge me for 45min bc i just thought you were behind on orders and i wasnt gonna add to your stress. Then make me the bad guy is unacceptable

Idk how the food is bc after waiting in line forever and placing out order a MOUSE ran across the lobby, between another customers feet, and back behind the counter where the food and drinks were being prepared, a few other people saw it too and we told the workers...they just looked at us like they knew about the issue but kept right on truckin through orders.We walked right out after that, without getting our food, the lady that had it run between her feet left too.Gross.

This location seemed to have corrected its problems. I have the Starbucks app and ordering online is available. Look for the “mobile ordering” banners right outside the store. I bypassed the line of 20 people by having the Starbucks app. Got my order if coffee and hot danish within 7 minutes of ordering. It appears from the regular line they were getting coffee out very efficiently in about 3-5 minutes for everyone. Very polite and even a little dancing to the music behind the counter.

I am sure the workers are stressed at the end of the day working here. They seem to be trying but there is no efficiency in the process. I saw constant chaos behind the counter while waiting 30 mins for 1 drink. Then as it was being made I watched. Majority of the drink continued to be watered down with ice so they could split it 3 times for other customer drinks before finally finishing my drink with more ice. I hope Corp gets involved and brings in some people that know how to make this work more efficiently. As for me, I am going to take a break from Starbucks after this ordeal.
