This is a hotel Starbucks?
The only way to get to it is through the hotel lobby.
Very confusing.
But the staff were nice and when they made a mistake they fixed it immediately.

I stood in line for at 15-20 minutes one morning to find out they had no microwave and couldn’t heat up breakfast sandwiches. I then mobile ordered to a nearby location and waited another 25 minutes for my breakfast. This location wouldn’t take mobile orders.

Another time I stopped in the afternoon and the line wasn’t too long , maybe 5 minutes wait. The. It was a fairly normal experience, however there’s not a lot of seating and the seats are in a busy hallway.

Every morning I stayed here the line at breakfast was massively long! The only other breakfast option is the hotel restaurant which is expensive.

“I wanted to try the new melon energy refresher but they was out of it ? then I said I’d just get my usual but they were out of white chocolate ? so I got a caramel ribbon crunch frappe ? and the frappe didn’t even taste like how it normally taste” now my lady is upset and having a bad day now I’m paying for it smh

Ridiculous. Slowest moving people ever. Zero care or respect for customers time. Line always has a dozen or more people, which takes these fools about 40 minutes. Any other location can be done in a quarter of the time.Been here multiple times over several years because I don't have a choice of driving somewhere downtown when here and it's always the same. I have no idea how anyone can rate higher than one star, unless those others are fake paid reviews. No order ahead, so you have to waste your life smelling the nasty guests ahead of you and getting an upset stomach for 40 min because people are mentally obsessed with coffee to barely function before they even shower. After literally 40 min in line, waited 20 min to receive drink.

I stood in line for at least 15 minutes to discover they were not accepting cash. A friend in the same hotel said he used cashed at this location earlier this week. Also, one of the slowest Starbucks overall that I’ve encountered.

Walk a few minutes to find superior coffee and drinks at a local coffee shop.
