So when we order oatmeal, no water - 2% milk, it has either come totally dry or on our second visit it was so much milk that the oats were swimming. The customer service this morning on 10/6 was poor. Staff seemed irritated. And there were no bags for the carry out of multiple sandwiches. Please do better.

This branch is located in the Louisville Marriott Downtown. It is awesome as I expect Starbucks to consistently be. My barista Haley was so fun and friendly too!

It was busy with a lot of business conferences going on- but timely and efficient- the one thing they need to do- possibly across the board- is not lose the customer service and SMILES when providing their service! Efficiency does not have to be the eradicator of Customer Service and Kindness

always wary of locations inside a hotel, but this particular one is pretty solid. Despite the long line, my order was taken quickly and the staff was very pleasant. There were a good amount of open seats at the time, so it is a fine place to sit and drink your coffee if you don't want to hang out in the lobby.

I came at 10 am on March 6 ..and they were already out of stock of 2 sandwiches options She said first she have both of them but after few minutes of waiting she came back and said she has non. The same thing happens yesterday . Horrible services .

Ease of location was great however they are not setup to redeem stars and the line is overwhelming at time, not a quick in and out.

This is a hotel Starbucks?
The only way to get to it is through the hotel lobby.
Very confusing.
But the staff were nice and when they made a mistake they fixed it immediately.

I stood in line for at 15-20 minutes one morning to find out they had no microwave and couldn’t heat up breakfast sandwiches. I then mobile ordered to a nearby location and waited another 25 minutes for my breakfast. This location wouldn’t take mobile orders.

Another time I stopped in the afternoon and the line wasn’t too long , maybe 5 minutes wait. The. It was a fairly normal experience, however there’s not a lot of seating and the seats are in a busy hallway.

Every morning I stayed here the line at breakfast was massively long! The only other breakfast option is the hotel restaurant which is expensive.
