Again something quick to eat!! This is our favorite Starbucks to visit! We live around the corner and walk here almost daily! The customer service and quality of food is always excellent, no matter the wait. The lines can get long during peak hours, which just goes to show how popular a location it is! And again, no matter how long the line, the service and quality of food is always the same when we order! One barista in particular is always great and always remembers our order, which seems almost magical to our son every time! I believe her name is Jayline. There used to be another location closer by but we still always went the extra mile to come to this one! Will continue to be patrons for the foreseeable future!

The coffee was great, as always, but the service could have been better. It’s a very nice location inside the Marriott downtown, but the feeling you get is “here’s your coffee see you later.”

Store# 75811Employee Jayline and her female manager are awesome individuals. While waiting to be served and greeted. I’ve witness both employees of this store displayed great customer service. With numerous customers before reaching me and as expected both Jayline and her manager displayed great customer service. And also both individuals along with the other team members, displayed excellent customer service and team work. Thank you very much guys for making my morning’s here at The Marriott Louisville Downtown.

After not being able to get anything yesterday. We tried again today, but was turned away by an employee standing at the end of the line at 12:30 letting us know that no one else could get in line for a store that isn't supposed to close until 1. I would think her time would be better used helping get the orders out for the people in line.

Walked 15 mins to get to this location. Waited 20 mins in line to find this is a franchise location = no free refills and no stars redemption. Not one sign about it and on top of that starting today one cannot use Starbucks card to pay for drinks. Will write to corporate about this. There should be a sign that says franchise so people can make educated decisions. This ruins the entire Starbucks experience. I left. I refuse to support franchise Starbucks branches. Off to Dunkin!

A hotel full of dance moms and fencers at the convention center... despite this the line MOVED, even when it was like 10 people deep. The staff was helpful, courteous, and competent. I truly appreciated this place every morning to get my fix to get through the day. I was a little sad (and why they lose a star) because they do close early (3ish). I would hit my slump around 3pm and would have to go find a different place for coffee.
