always so nice & there's really never anything to complain about, except quite often i use the app to order & im always charged for but never receive the extra drizzle i ask for. i never say anything because i don't want to be "that person". but if any of the employees see this, please start reading your online orders more carefully

Made my Pink Drink special..I don't like coconut milk ?
Starbucks location that is actually inside of a target that is in the J-town portion of Louisville Kentucky just off Hirstvourne lane. If I'm being honest I'm not a huge Starbucks guy. Every location I've been too is overcrowded and the baristas aren't very helpful for coffee novices like me. Also I always feel very rushed at locations. To me all the drinks I've had there aren't that great and the food/pastry is always dry. I actually think I prefer this smaller reduced sized menu location better. We were shopping with my wife for my oldest birthday presents and the wife was like "I'm hungry let's grab a scone or something from Starbucks". I followed with a hard eye roll and a reluctant "ok I guess so" anticipating a long wait and anxiety over what to order and how to order it. Tommy surprise there was no wait and the menu was smaller so wasn't much to choose from. My wife ended up with a Blueberry scone that that they heated up and lack tea. I got a small cookie crumble frapchino or something like that. It was drink cold severs of that helps. The worker got the order out pretty quickly and cost like $11. My drink was actually pretty solid. Maybe the best one I've ever had from Starbucks. Still nothing special for the price. But it was edible. My wife scone was decent. Like other Starbucks pastry was very dry in the middle. Blueberries had a good flavor though. Overall I find it kinda ironic that most Starbucks are highly rated and I find myself rating them low of my experiences and on this one I'm the first reviewer to give it above a one star. Maybe I'm just not a fan of the normal Starbucks experience and this scaled down version is more my style. Either that or I just got lucky on this experience customer service wise.
