When I pulled up to the drive-through, I gave the guy with a pony tail my card then the dude shoves his device in my face. I thought he wanted my pin, no it literally just asked for a tip amount.The staff are paid a decent amount, expecting customers to always tip you is ridiculous.

I frequent this location and order the same thing regularly. Today they handed me my drink and it was so lightly colored, I don't think it had any coffee in it. I got out of the drive through, parked, and went inside only to be told that I was wrong and they wouldn't remake my almost $8. The drink was only that expensive because I added extra espresso, yet the drink was white. Will NOT be going to location, or really any Starbucks, in the near future. The prices have gotten way too expensive for coffee that honestly isn't even that good.

Very bad experience in Lexington, KY stop for one coffee Latte, ending up with no coffee, charged twice and manager told me to get back on line for refund (only one) and for second charge told me to call customer service with an attitude. With sarcastic attitude wished me have a nice day. The worse Starbucks ever.

Sunday noon, on my way to NC from IN, I stopped to get food and drink on the drive-thru lane. I’m traveling with a car full of dogs crazy to get out of the vehicle simultaneously. Understandable. But when the food and drink were dispatched, I asked if they could discard an empty cup from another Starbucks store for me, and they said no. So, I tipped them generously because I understand they deserved it, but they could not do a favor in return. Speechless. Thank you, Starbucks!

I ordered iced London fog tea latte and I got iced milk with syrup and a tea bag. Seriously! I told her it's on your menu, and she said she doesn't know how to make it. It on their menu! It not like I just make it up. If they dont know how to make it, then don't put it on your menu...its that simple! I ordered it at Starbucks on Bardstown rd, and they made it right. I never stop by this starbuck location again!!! She didn't even apologize or anything. It was a mobile order and I had to wait for more than 5 min.
