Starbucks

When I think of how a coffee shop should run, I think of Greg and the gang. I have gone there at 5:00 am everyday for the past year. (I have a sleep issue and wake up at 4:45 am everyday). I get a sugar free vanilla cold brew and it’s become routine. I’m diabetic. The highlight isn’t the drink, or quality of the product, it’s the crew. I’m talking about, Meghan, Rachel, Alex, Sydney, Justin(who even offered up a streaming service password to me), Bailey, Carson (the person who makes my drink like, 90% of the time and crushes it), and everyone else. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone there is a prime model employee. They also write on my cup.

This is the friendliest Starbucks location I've ever been in outside of an airport. The staff was so kind, thoughtful of allergies, and gave me amazing suggestions. The lobby area was clean and inviting. They have a lot of regulars from what I saw who were very happy to see them and vice versa. I will never forget the warmth and kindness. You have a happy repeat visitor and I hope you each get a good raise/bonus. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I wouldn’t go to this Starbucks unless you have nothing else to do with your day. The people seem kind, but this has to be the slowest Starbucks in Louisville.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The service was relatively quick, and it was very busy. They were out of some items which was unfortunate but didn’t ruin the experience.

Having an awful morning, my dads dying and I was crying in the drive through today on Father’s Day and Tony taking the order was beyond kind and made me a special drink and Ana (Anna) not sure but I was told she was the one who wrote a very kind message on my cup. These two will make me go back to this location hands down. Scooters who? Heine brother who? These two at this location are absolute angels.

The staff is friendly, helpful and pays attention to detail. They go out of their way to make sure your order is right. Make sure to tip them! They work harder than you'd think.

Definitely one of the busiest Starbucks I've been too. But they are fully staffed and pump out the coffee. If you order in house be prepared to wait, as most people order on the Starbucks app and pick up. So it's hard to where you stand in their que.
