I like the atmosphere and food is ok but the service here always sub standard. They are inflexible, kind of rude, and the wait is ridiculous if you don’t order ahead.

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star! I will never go there again and I was a regular customer. As I watched a young male employee cuss out a young lady about coming early for her pick up! He refused to get a manager and screamed at her to move along. So I walked out. If this man is new hire he should be fired!

The atmosphere is nice and our drinks were delicious. We basically always get the matcha at Starbucks, and the powder is never mixed in. But here it was perfectly mixed in and tasted great! The atmosphere is very nice and spacious, and there is a beautiful painting on the wall that I couldn't get my eyes off of. Great experience, will visit again

I would give the service here zero stars if I could. I’ve been to this location a couple of times never thought the service was the best, but I don’t feel like anyone was ever intentionally rude or disrespectful like “Krista” was this morning.. or however it’s spelled. Her service and attitude were TERRIBLE, by far the worst I’ve ever experienced at any place I’ve been to…the way she initially spoke to me when she came over the drive-thru speaker was as if she was already having a terrible day and was mad that I was there. She was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!!! If I gave actual details, this comment would be much longer than it is believe it or not, She was so rude & unprofessional I had to get out and go inside and see who was speaking to me like that, & to get a name so that I could report her to the manager only to find out that she is a manager!!!.. She was just as rude when I went inside as she was when I was in the drive-thru and I absolutely let her have it!!!! Of course, then she called the police and played victim!!! She continued playing victim while serving orders out of the window through the drive-thru while involving the other customers n their cars again, playing victim!!! I’m sure they could hear me arguing with her, not knowing how rude and disrespectful she was being to me
for no reason AT ALL!!! I told her I couldn’t believe she was a manager and felt sorry for anyone who had to work under her “leadership.” I am absolutely convinced that she is either just a miserable and terrible person or she must’ve been having the worst day of her life and thought she was going to take it out on me. I don’t wish for anyone to lose their job, but if anyone deserves it, it’s her. I wouldn’t want someone like her representing my company. She passed along the message that if I didn’t like it, I could contact corporate, very confidently as if she wasn’t concerned about any disciplinary action. Safe to say, NEVER again. Drove down the street to another Starbucks and was greeted with the exact opposite of her behavior!!

The drinks are good, but this is the second day in a row that they just dont pay attention to how the food is prepared. I asked yesterday for the apple croissant to be warmed. It wasn't. Today I asked for the regular croissant to not be warmed, it was warmed. A while back I asked for no strawberries in the drink and they had them. They dont make horrible mistakes, but it costs enough to buy this and I just want it the way I order it. And maybe they dont want to do it right because I dont tip every time. This is why. Its a drive thru. This is not any different than if I went to McDonald's. Im not tipping for you to do your job. I tip for good service and I don't tip if yall aren't going to pay attention to basic things like warmed vs not warmed. Also, I can add a tip after I leave, yall realize that right? If you do it right and done well, I will tip, but im not tipping ahead of time just for you to still mess it up.
