I thought I’d give this place a second chance it’s so horrible and smells so bad in here. I stood there for 10 minutes. No one could’ve cared last five people giggling and laughing back there.

Nice location, plenty of space for meetings. The employees are super friendly here and serve with a smile. Ordered a simple coffee while waiting on a business colleague. If you are in the area, it is worth a stop in for some coffee.

I never write reviews for chain restaurants, however, I need to write this one for Starbucks because of employee Kaylee who works here! I had stars to redeem for a free drink, and so I thought to get a little crazier than normal since it is free and wouldn’t cost extra to do extra things. She was very helpful and helping me choose what types of flavors would complement what I am getting, and she had no issue with the complicated drink that I order that I put in. I feel like other people might get annoyed or by that, but she was awesome!

Went in and none of the staff ever addressed me. I decided to go through the drive thru and that was much better. Once I was greeted, the staff was friendly. Good and drinks were delivered as ordered.

Painfully slow

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I consistently have to wait 15 minutes or more for a single basic item while I listen to the guy on headset talking about all of the drive through orders he prioritized. Even if you place a mobile order, still expect to wait well past your estimated pick up time. It’s so incredibly frustrating.

Don’t plan on coming in with your friends and have drinks together. We ordered 4 coffee drinks and got them all different times. The fourth wasn’t even ready till after everyone else was finished with theirs! It took 35 minutes to get a pumpkin Frappuccino!

20 minutes for basic coffee. Drive through is given high priority over mobile or cashier orders. They are staffed well and working hard, the problem is the complexity of the menu. Too many complex drinks taking way too much time.

Barista didn’t allow a refill on a coffee that was ordered in the same visit. This is and has been allowed in every other store I have visited. “Store Manager” just lost a customer.
