Omg the audacity to ask for a tip in the drive thru. I had to come back and edit this review because they got my order wrong and then I asked them to fix it and they told me that I was wrong. There's like seven 18 year old women working this drive-thru and they can't even handle a bagel. If I owned this franchise I would fire the entire staff and rehire people with half a brain you are losing so much money on this labor. After 30 minutes of battling the teenage girls for my bagel I finally sat down to eat and it's ice cold and the butter is rock hard. I will never ever come back to this place. That's what you get for being sexist and lazy and having an all teenage girl staff.

LOVE the relaxed vibe at Starbucks. Not the cheapest place to get coffee but the very courteous and helpful staff make up for it. The great wifi is a great bonus as well.

Just left another Starbucks off Bardstown rd horrible ? ? So I came and spent another amount to get the same drink made the same way you ladies did marvelous job at this store ? ?
I absolutely love Starbucks' caramel brulee latte. The seasonal winter/holiday flavors are my fave! I'm embarrassed to say how many I have had already but this location has made them the best so far. Every cup I have had at this location was a buttery caramel cup of goodness! Every barista I have encountered has been really good. But Jeff is exceptional. His jokes absolutely keeps a smile on my face.

I would give this location a ZERO if I could. The barrista did not know what a flat white was. She kept saying white mocha. After showing her the picture on my app, she still was confused on how to ring it up. I had to go to the location on Dutchmans Lane to get my coffee. I was on my lunch break and already wasted 15 minutes on this barrista"s consusion. It was best to go to a different location that knew what they were doing. Very frustrating experience, I won't be back to this location

Daily coffee and sometimes a snack. The pumpkin loaf this time of year is amazing. The breakfast burrito is super good. My usual is just a ham and cheese croissant.Parking: The curve into the drive thru is difficult, as it is to get back around once you go through the drive thru. Parking is always limited and tight here.
