Terrible Experience Here!!!! I went in to get a caramel macchiato and a barista with massive eyeliner gave me my drink and it tasted terrible, IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE CARAMEL!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service of this Starbucks, i will NOT be coming back.

The starbucks is just as good as all other Starbucks I've been to and it is in a convenient location in the mall is well. One downside is that the line can get long at times given the time of day and most times the tables are full.

I love my Starbucks! Unfortunately, so does my now 11 year old and her addiction quite resembles my own so I am attempting to cut way wayyyy back on my visits. Hard to do. So difficult when the Pike calls to me and the iced latte is an absolute treat.

As usual, always great. Ran in Oxmoor mall and didn't have to wait too long on my drinks which were during happy hour. Yahoo! If you don't know about happy hour be sure to sign up for Starbucks rewards and find out. Enjoy!!!!!

I had the caramel crunch whatever it was called and wow was it good. Obviously I already knew that the workers hate making it as would I it is very tedious and has many different layered ingredients of which I rather thoroughly enjoyed. Kudos yall made another great drink waiting to rot my teeth.

Granted this review all depends on the current staffing—the service....Not worth the stop. Long story short - you will be required to almost teach them how to make the coffee you ask for and then still be treated less than.
