Great people good coffee
By far the worst and slowest Starbucks that I have ever been too. All the reviews about the slow service is spot on. There is not reason a drive thru line of 6 cars should take 36 minutes and counting. This happens on a regular basis. I signed up for 7brew the other day and will start driving the extra distance to go there from now on. It is ridiculous how slow this Starbucks location is.

This location is the most convenient for me but I have had nothing but issues here in the 3 years I’ve been ordering here. The drive-thru consistently has ridiculously long wait times, even if there’s no one in front of me and I order a single drink. If there’s 2-3 cars, it’s often a 10+ minute wait so I don’t even bother anymore. I stop using them completely and then a few months later think, “maybe they improved?” Nope. I recently placed an app order for a travel box and purposely placed it extra early so it’s ready because I didn’t have time to wait around. I get there 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time and they tell me it’s going to be another 10 minutes or so because they have small filters or something like that? I’m assuming they didn’t even start it because they all had deer in the headlights looks when I asked about it. I get Starbucks several times a week all over Louisville and don’t have any issues anywhere except this location.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after this morning I felt like I should. I ordered a grande black coffee with some oat milk on the side. The amount they gave me was super tiny, so I politely asked for a little more. The barista, Ayla, said she’d have to charge me extra which was fine but then she tried to charge $3.55 just for a bit more oat milk. That would’ve made my coffee almost $8, which is kind of ridiculous.
I’ve had a few other bad experiences here too, like getting a cold, stale coffee when I ordered a hot one and waiting several minutes at the drive-thru for anyone to come to the window. I really like Starbucks overall, but this location definitely needs to work on its service and consistency.

Denied a cup of water, because i didn’t want to purchase a 5 dollar cake pop. What a shitting company.
New iced horchata shaken espresso is delicious, and I love that this location is using nugget ice now. The milk customization on my drink was correct and the cashier was polite. It was ready in under 2mins.
This is the slowest drive-thru ever. It doesn’t matter what time of the day or day of the week.
I hate starbucks, I'm sorry. My wife loves Starbucks and it puts a smile on her face, which puts a smile on mine.

Really need to move this location your drive through blocks itself or the whole parking lot and the main drive.

Ashley, Kayla and Jordan were all smiles while working quickly to attend to all the customers. My latte was great but watching the excellent work ethic while being personable to the customers was the best part of the experience. I would highly recommend this location.
