New iced horchata shaken espresso is delicious, and I love that this location is using nugget ice now. The milk customization on my drink was correct and the cashier was polite. It was ready in under 2mins.

Ashley, Kayla and Jordan were all smiles while working quickly to attend to all the customers. My latte was great but watching the excellent work ethic while being personable to the customers was the best part of the experience. I would highly recommend this location.
Worst Starbucks I've ever visited. Always disappoint, whether through service or product. Just brought home a dark roast coffee that is undrinkable. Won't bother calling about it b/c they've been unresponsive to concerns in the past. Window person didn't even speak to on me today. Usually think of Starbucks and feel good, by not this one.
