Waited 40 min in drive thru wanting peppermint mocha. Would have left but got stuck in line. Got to order window and they were out of peppermint. So ordered an alternate drink. They gave me wrong size (grande instead of venti). They took the drink back (least they could do is give me that extra drink). THEN proceeded to charge me for a venti. Like. Y’all should be giving out free drinks for that wait AND for running out of ingredients I’m sorry. Turns out they then gave me the wrong order.Called manager. Manager got defensive but did apologize and said I could come back - but I’m not gonna come back to wait another 40 min I’m sorry.

Drink was weak and did not perk me up at all. I'm tired of wasting money for something that can't do the job. It's not my cup of tea. I do like that snowman cookie, though +1 star!!

The music was so loud I could Gail's a conversation with my friend. The whole staff was in masks (Oct 2023), that coupled with the loud music I could understand what they were saying to me. I ordered a green tea. She didn't ask me if I wanted sugar or anything. I went into the bathroom and the toilet dispenser was broken. I let a girl behind the counter know. She thanked me but no one went in to fix it. I know that because I went back in before I left an hour later. They no longer have a self service "make it your way" counter. Instead they had piles of boxes stacked up against the wall of windows. I will not go back

Great coffee and the lady at the window was very kind! Overall great experience, although the drive through was a bit hard to navigate but that is not their fault.

“Manager” randomly decided to shut down the Starbucks in the middle of the day on a Friday while about ten other people were in the restaurant…..Kicked everyone out.

This staff is awesome and they work so hard. I sit in this cafe 1-3 times a week and they are exceptional. They remember details about my kids and I watch them do this with customers across hours.In a time when everyone is a critic and people feel entitled to dump their bad moods on customer service workers I’ve seen this crew take it in stride and endeavor to keep going. This location gets busy, no one is incorrect about that, and they still put smiles in their faces and keep running. I appreciate everyone in this store and appreciate how they treat me kindly. Thank you all for giving me a place to work that feels like a home away from home.Kid-friendliness: They have one high chair and the employees are very responsive to kids and pets. They give little cups of whipped cream and stickers out. I also watched the manager take waters out to customers dogs on the patio on a hot day and move the umbrellas to give more sun shade.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible tables and wide spaces between tables.

I ordered a caramel frappe from this location and I am severely disappointed. As soon as I tasted it, I knew it was off. I asked the barista (white young man with dark hair) to remake the drink since it was horrible. He agreed and proceeded to "remake it" and gave me back the SAME EXACT drink I just handed over as if I'm stupid and don't have eyes. Honestly can't believe the audacity. Will not return.
