We love coming here and the workers are friendly. However, the grilled cheese has been out for the past 3 visits. It is our favorite food item on the menu. I would love it if they can order more since they are really popular online right now.

Visited the Dixie manor location and was completely dissatisfied. Ordered 2 caramel ribbon crunch. One with extra whip cream and one with extra caramel. Neither had extra anything. They lacked coffee flavor and was full of ice shavings. Being pregnant and wanting what you want expecting the company standard and not receiving it is upsetting.
I will say, Deb at the Kroger location on 2nd and Central is AMAZING and makes this drink perfect every time!

I waited for 27 minutes for a cup of coffee. Nothing fancy. Just coffee. The employees were too busy in personal conversations to make that medium coffee. They kept knocking out the drive thru orders though. I got my card refunded but couldn’t get my dollar tip back from them. It literally cost me money to visit here. Go across the street to the other place.

Slowest Starbucks around. Dont come here if you’re in a time crunch even with mobile orders.

Stopped going! Workers don't care, can't park because the drive thru is backed up blocking entrance, inside is chaos from everyone complaining about order wrong. Doordash people complaining where is their order, watched workers handle food with grubby fingers and one employee blasting rap music volume up and down laughing - I got out of the mad house and will never be back
