Besides the fact that they were OUT OF STRAWBERRY so I couldn't get my drink. It was FILTHY. I understand it's in a mall and people are going to bring food from the food court and make messes. But there was spilled coffee on tables, trash on tables and the floor. And 3 employees behind the counter

I oringally went and got a venti white mocha and the mixed barista made a hot chocolate and it was digusting. I went and brought it back and the regional manager remade it for me and it was the best white mocha i have ever had
Terrible service. The employees obviously didn't know what they were doing kept asking there manager who was very rude how to make my drink. I asked for a medicine ball and got water. Asked the cashier specifically to use my stars but he used the money in my account.
