Has the rudest employees at a Starbucks I've ever met. They made drinks next to cleaning chemicals, made no eye contact, and made no effort to acknowledge my order after I told it to them. They also stopped working in the middle of line of people ordering to make themselves drinks.

I love stopping at Starbucks when I walk into Target. There is nothing better than a refreshing coffee or tea from Seattle’s finest. My kids always enjoy getting a cake pop and saying hi to the friendly baristas. I had a great experience at this Starbucks location in Springhurst Target.

Asked for a strawberry frappe with chocolate chips. Watched this girl add the smallest amount of flavor and then exactly a table spoon of chocolate chips and almost all ice. The manager said to her while I was standing there waiting, “well next Time I’ll show you how to make it right.”Like don’t give me the one you know she messed up on.Wasted 6 bucks with the tip on essentially blended ice with a little bit of flavor . Worst drink I’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks.

Was going to movie Tinseltown and decided to splurge on Starbucks. Nearest was target Starbucks. Worker was no where to be found for 15 min. Finally got a cashier to get her back there. Ordered cup black coffee. Left to go to movie and took a drink. Tasted warm/not hot and like it had sat all day. Horrible $4 cup of coffee

The manager (I’m not sure if he is the manager, but it seems he has been working in the industry for a while.) made decent drinks, and one star is for that. But he is not good at customer service. He was condescending while I was politely trying to correct the price that was mistakenly labeled for a drink in the store. “If you know how this works, you can teach me, but I don’t,” was his line. We will never go back to this store. I know Starbucks might not care, nor might he. But still, I feel that I should let other customers know what they will be dealing with when they need coffee here.

One star for the fact that the manager here is a joke. Rude to cutomers and not enforcing sanitation guide lines. Since when is it ok for the trash to be taken out via the dining area?! I don't want to see that when I'm trying to enjoy my coffee. The food takes forever and they don't bother to call out the order so that you know when it's ready. I told an employee that the lady's room needed to be stocked and they never bothered to address it. Do yourself a favor and go to the other locations near by
