Walked over 20 minutes from a nearby garage only to find this location unexpectedly closed to in-store customers, with drive-through service only. I understand staffing or operational issues happen, but better communication would have saved customers a lot of unnecessary frustration. Disappointing experience.

The staff are great. I wish I could go here all the time, but the wait has been unreasonable. I just had to give up after 20 minutes waiting in line and no movement. I feel bad for the hardworking staff, and can’t understand why management won’t schedule enough staff to handle all the customers.

One thing I cannot stand is when I am waiting in line 5 minutes to be serviced and someone else walks in behind me and they service them first I will never come back to this location the gentleman at the counter was extremely rude and passing me up like I was subservient was by far the most disrespectful

I go to this starbucks almost every day because it’s near my school and work. There is a worker that has blue hair and she’s one of the best. She’s so sweet and always is very attentive to special request. There are some drive thru workers who are short but it’s also often during rush when I stop by.

Stopped in 0645, greeted nicely, my order was taken promptly, the order was ready promptly. An employee “Rae” stood out amongst the rest. She seemed to be the lady who made the crew click and created the happy vibe that I felt this morning. Everyone was great but she stood out in a positive way for both me and her coworkers.

So, I don’t do reviews. Just not my style. However, I just called this store to personally thank a specific employee because she always makes me smile and treats me with the best kindness. I have to give her her flowers. Whitney, made such a huge impact on me, so much so that literally the next day she was on my mind so I picked up the phone and googled the store and called to thank her for being so awesome. She was not in so I spoke with a supervisor and told them why I was calling. I told him you never know what a person is going through or dealing with and even the smallest acts and gestures of kindness can make the most profound impacts. Whitney, if you read this, thank you! Thank you for just being so kind and pleasant. Thank you for making me feel appreciated. Thank you for putting a smile on my face every-time I have come through the drive thru to get my fav drink. Just thank you so much. You truly are so awesome and I hope your management sees this as well.
