I went in expecting my Grubhub order to be ready, but it wasn’t. They started calling out orders way past mine so I asked where my order was. The guy there spoke to me in a very rude tone saying they were out of sweet creme so they cancelled the order. I asked if I could get a refund and he said it automatically refunds on the app. Turns out they did not actually cancel the order. They said it was fulfilled and prepared on the app, so I did not get a refund.

These guys love cancelling orders but not taking unavailable items of the menu, everyone here is just like so bad it’s not worth getting your coffee here

waited 45 minutes for a peach green tea. i understand the volume of this store and i would have no issue with the wait if i hadn’t watched a barista on solo bar sit on their phone and talk to a friend for 10 minutes, not completing a single drink. that was pathetic

Ordered 2 tall latte and one mocha latte. All of them had strong Raspberry taste and smell. First time ever on lattes. Next time i am going to request them to clean well before making my latte for sure.

Poor Poor Poor....Manager and Team leads, should not be on their phones standing and leaning on the counter while people are waiting to be serviced. Get a better crew in there or close it down.

Complete waste of space. This Starbucks, despite showing up on public maps and apps, is on U of L campus. Parking is $1.25, and they keep University schedule, meaning they are closed during summer and on government holidays. Had several times where I’ve not been able to get coffee there (after paying parking) because they are closed. It sucks, too, because it’s the closest shop to our business, and they are missing huge opportunities by not being accessible to the community at large.
