Bathrooms were both closed due to being out of toilet paper. No excuse for this- go to Sam’s, Walmart or Costco and buy some until your order comes in.

Y’all I understand how much it sucks to be a Starbucks barista (I am one), especially with all the changes corporate is putting us through, but this is just undrinkable.

I’m a regular client here for about 2-3 years, I came Every Single Day for my morning coffee because is 2 minutes away from my job and is really convenient, BUT… the employees here at this store are not friendly and they talk to you like they are superior to you, hello! You work at Starbucks that’s it 🙄 also I have my coffee messed up many many times and is really disappointed and annoying when you ask to make a new one or ad something that is missing because they get rude to you when they make the mistake, you guy need changes and teach these employees to be more humble and kind to the public, starting with the one who calls herself “manager” in the morning shift, they treat you so fake, they don't even say "Have a good day" to you.

If I could give negative stars I would. Placed a order for delivery at a hospital I work at with very clear delivery directions. Starbucks uses door dash for their deliveries. Order said delivered but never came to location. Tried to contact dasher no English. Checked all possible entrances that it could've been dropped off it was nowhere. No option to contact door dash customer service on app. Tried calling Starbucks location that it came from phone line just rings busy. Finally just called 1800starbuck. They was only able to provide refund. They wouldn't offer redelivery or and type of coupon compensation for bad service. I waste a hour at work just trying to resolve issues which caused me to be behind all day at work and didn't even get my breakfast that I ordered from them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Oh I also I have to wait 3 to 5 days to even get refund. They are a joke

I have ordered many a Elphaba’s Cold Brew which are made wrong about 80% of the time but I have never had one so bad it boardered on food poisoning until tonight. Some of the overlookable mistakes tonight like using the nonpareil sprinkles instead of the sugar crystals is gross but harmless. Putting the cold brew in a wattery cup of melted ice also gross but not stomach turning. Warm cold brew! But the last mistake had me throwing up in the parking lot of work.....6 or 8 pumps or the whole bottle of peppermint surp was dumped in to this tiny drink. I feels like I drank mouth wash. There is no way I am not throwing up again.

If I could give this negative stars I would. Starbucks is my favorite place for all the caffeine free options but now the past, literally ten times I’ve ordered a cream frappachino it’s had coffee in it! I have to throw the whole drink away. It’s getting ridiculous! It’s never right anymore! This is some serious laziness. Come on.

This location never makes my drink correct. I get a simple drink and they make it so strong each time as to where i can go to another location and they make it perfect. This drink i get is supposed to be sweet and light but when i bring it up to them they just tell me well we don’t know why we make it the same way but clearly it must depend on the barista because im livid after spending 11$ and throwing my whole drink away.

I spilled my drinks getting in my car I go back in they automatically started making new ones all of them were super nice courteous and professional the store was spotless this is one Starbucks I would set at and have my coffee thumbs up ?????? on this one
