I frequent Starbucks. This is the first time I visited this particular Starbucks. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food here. The pumpkin bread tasted at least day old. I did not ask for it to be warmed up however it was warmed up most likely to attempt to cover up that it was going stale. The bacon on my bacon, gouda, egg sandwich was burnt and inedible. The coffe was fine. Overall a very disappointing visit.
If I may offer some constructive criticism.. since you're always backed up with drinks it would be great if you wait until someone's drink is ready before you warm up their pastry. By the time I get my drink my croissant is not warm at all anymore which makes it half as good. For what you charge for tiny croissants they should be fresh and warm when I have my drink.
I spilled my drinks getting in my car I go back in they automatically started making new ones all of them were super nice courteous and professional the store was spotless this is one Starbucks I would set at and have my coffee thumbs up ?????? on this one
