The only thing this barista was proudly serving was your freshly chewed face as she nastily tells you what they don’t make and what they are out of. Please go work somewhere that’s not customer facing.

Consistent drinks and food are in line with any other Starbucks, however, they are incredibly slow. The mobile option is always turned off as well.
EDIT: Gave this location another visit, midweek at 130PM. It was completely devoid of customers, I was literally the only one, and there were 7 employees. Despite the 7 to 1 ratio, it took nearly 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me standing at the register. Pond water moves faster.

Good morning. My experience was not good as other Starbucks. The cashier Angie was rude and sarcastic.

Each time I have came into this location I typically stand for a minute or so before the even notice me. The employees are constantly on their phones, bad attitudes & the place is always disgusting. The tables & bathrooms are never clean, but still the employees have time to converse & be on their phones constantly.

RUDEEE. That old lady at the front was anything but nice. I asked for a caramel latte and she started writing on the cup. I corrected her and told her I wanted it ice. She threw the hot cup behind her and made a face before writing it on a different cup.

Baristas were great. Very nice and playful. I do not however like the complaining I was hearing at the register. I felt like the lady was being very rude towards me.

The staff was the highlight. They are hard working and on top of it. However, the location is LOUD, to the point that I think it's ableist and hostile. The drink was a standard Starbucks drink, nothing special.

Awful!! Angie is so slow and I waited 10 min to get told no regular coffee Only espresso. The way they were handing the ingredients (leaving containers open and ingredients laying out), It was apparent that none of the three associates had been trained in food service. This store is one reason to never tip at time of order.

I didn't get any food but the ppl I entered the establishment with had zero complaints abt the items the purchased to consume. Drinks made quickly in a stealthy environment where you have just a few mins to check your phone before your name is called. Then back to your daily grind with the much needed caffeine filled coffee or a slushy type of tropical drink to cool you down in hot downtown summers. Amazing staff!
