Rude staff, no seating, poor experience overall.

Staff were not courteous at this particular visit. Every other time I have been here, they have been great.

Made the mistake of coming here after dinner to get a coffee and relax. Turns out they have ditched the seating area. What kind of coffee place has no place to sit? A bad one. Especially in an area like the Highlands in Louisville. This looks like it would be at home in an airport. Won't ever come to this location again. There are better coffee places in the area.

Eli was giving racist vibes before I got in he was really rude he told all customers you have to use only mobile app in a very rude way. Eli also got mad because I asked why was my strawberry lemonade warm and why was my drink not full. Eli got mad and said this store is the only store that up-charges for no ice. I tell him I go to Starbucks nationwide then he tells me to leave and flips me off and calls me bald. He is very unprofessional and he’s racist don’t let his flamboyant character fool you into thinking he is kind and non judgmental he is the rudest person I have ever encountered.

They’re always very friendly and the food/drinks are as expected, but I miss the old layout. There is now NO seating in the store. It’s no longer a good spot to go get a bite and do schoolwork (or regular work) like I did when I went to Bellarmine.

Friend and I went in and ordered two white chocolate mochas, but by the time we got back to my truck and tasted them, they had a weird bitter taste. We could only guess that the milk was probably sour. We’ve both have enjoyed many WCM from Starbucks before,none we’ve ever recieved was this bad. We went back and let the young lady at the front know, which she seemed really nice, and said she’d be happy to make new ones for us. We tasted them on the way out and unfortunately they tasted exactly the same. They looked like they were closing so we just decided to go somewhere else. Real bummer to that Starbucks. Hope things get better there, especially them being in a very busy part of town. Smh

Staff was friendly but working extremely slow. I waited over 10mins for 1 drink that wasnt even made correctly, with only 2 small mobile orders in front of me. I normally would have them remake it but I didn't have the time.

Then around 12:00-12:20 on 09/08...the worker with the long red hair, Evelyn, also pet a dog and fed it a pup cup then proceeded to touch the tablets, mobile order cups, and restock coffee beans without washing her hands afterwards. Absolutely disgusting. My worst starbucks experience.

It's no longer a coffee shop but a glorified, overpriced Speedway! No seating or bathrooms. In addition I waited 15 minutes for an Americano. I've deleted the app, and taking my business to the local place down the street. Bye Starbucks!

15 minutes to get 2 kids white hot chocolates and another drink? With 4 people working i was the only one there and then was handed the wrong drink and then the wrong size drink which was absolutely disgusting. It tasted burned and just like you all don't care anymore. Lucky a new coffee place opened across the street so I'll just go there from now on.
