Went there TWICE this morning for a caramel macchiato. The first was one wad disgusting to say the least. Attempted to contact the store, but no answer so I drove all the way back. When I get there I was asked “what’s wrong with it” as if I’m lying that the coffee was a morning disappointment. They agree to do a remake, and this time is utterly worse than the one I had before. At this point I’ll be late for a meeting if I wait for another which will probably be just as disgusting and disappointing.

It's a rainy Saturday night. There was one car in front of us in the drive-thru. The barista told us that it would be an extra weight because they've gotten that order wrong so we were prepared to wait for a moment. She seemed very uncertain about taking an order for two lattes. We finally get up to the window after waiting far too long for them to remake the order in front of us and lo and behold, the experience went downhill from there. We actually had to honk our horn to get her to come back to the window so we could actually get our coffees that had been sitting there. Yes they were finally finished however they were definitely inaccurate. Because we don't have time to wait even longer, we left with an order that was far from what was requested and regret for stopping at this location. If you don't want to be in customer service, do not take a job at a coffee shop. If you don't want to make the coffee, do not take a job at a coffee shop. If you hate life, take it out on other people not your customers.

Really exceptional experience today with barista Emory. We ordered four drinks through the drive and had friendly, fast service. Thank you for brightening an otherwise gloomy day. It’s so refreshing to meet folks who care about doing a good job. Thanks again, Emory!

Baristas all had a bad attitude, and my drinks were not very great. I was extremely excited to try the new pistachio drinks, but instead received drinks with pistachio syrups stuck to the bottom of the cups. So they obviously weren’t mixed in, and overall with the customer service and quality of food and drinks I don’t think I’ll be returning

Terrible service. The staff served the wrong drink and had a rude, condescending attitude. It felt like they looked down on customers. Completely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

This is the second time they've gotten my order wrong. I understand now why they don't hand out receipts. Check your bags before you leave the drive through
I scanned my card 5 times and the cashier wouldn't handle it or give me my drinks. My card has money. Your cashiers are clowns without customer service. You all suck

Sign on your door says open til 10:00 but door was already locked at 9:25 on Tuesday so I came back at 8:20 on Wednesday and it was already locked.
I've wasted 2 trips now. Very disappointed . And I will be contacting corporate.

The Baristas here are absolute delight!! I have been a Starbucks customer for over a decade, and this was the best customer service I have ever received. The baristas were knowledgeable, kind and so welcoming. I cannot wait to come back!

My visit to Starbucks was excellent. The atmosphere was very cozy, perfect for relaxing or working. I ordered a coffee, and it was delicious with a well-balanced flavor. The service was quick and friendly, which made everything even better. It’s definitely an ideal place to enjoy a good drink and have a great time. I’ll definitely be back.

Really bad service, barista ignored us 3 customers waiting for our drinks for over an hour while she kept on getting new drive through orders. My niece was crying because she couldn’t get her drink and the lady didn’t even care to apologize, how can you ignore the customers inside the store??? Very rude.
