Very friendly and quick service, but it was to fast because the entire bottom of my frappe was pure sugar. I understand her trying to go quickly because it’s an airport, but it was only three customers In total in the store.

People are starting to fly again but that news hasn't reached Starbucks. One person working with 15 people in line. Starbucks never did understand the importance of customer service AND expediency in airports.

I almost always visit this Starbucks when I'm flying out of the Louisville airport. The service is always friendly, and once you order you'll typically get your items quickly. That said, sometimes the line can get long, and it can take a while to get through it. Occassionally you'll be able to bypass the line by ordering through the app, but at times that option is unavailable, so you may have to wait for a while, or skip your visit. Regardless of the wait in line, if you're looking for a place in the Louisville airport to get a good coffee before your flight, this Starbucks is the spot.

I cannot say anything bad about Starbucks. Starbucks is one of my favorite places I enjoy. Starbucks offers many different varieties of coffees, teas, and food items. I always ordered a caramel macchiato with two double shots. However, I think the prices are a little high on some items. The atmosphere is wonderful, they offer free WiFi as a perk. The establishment is always clean with friendly staff member to accommodate you. I am giving them 4 stars for great coffee and wonderful customer services.

Ordered two matcha green tea lattes and a coffee. One of the green teas we were cheated on because it was only half full. Waste of money and time. To top it off I became very sick after drinking the tea. I don't think I will try that again.

Skip the line and order ahead! If you have a Starbucks app, you can order ahead after security check and pick up on the way to the gate.

Starbucks on Dixie Hwy has the friendliest staff and quick service. No matter how long the drive-thru line is, they will get you through quickly.

Stopped by before my outgoing flight. Lots of seating available- bar tops, table tops, leather chairs and more. This is a very large Starbucks. It has some windows to watch incoming/outgoing flights but most seating is wrapped around the order counter and separated form the terminal by a wall. They have quite a selection of Starbucks gear, including the You Are Here series of Kentucky, which is $12.95 and very cute. They sell beans and treats as well. Service was prompt and my order was out quickly. On the way out, I noticed they have a mobile order pick up area. You can order while checking in to the airport and grab your coffee when you clear security. Nice! Great for travelers in a hurry. There is another Starbucks outside of security, which you can also order from and pick up when you walk out of SDF. Convenient. Also- This Starbucks has wine!

There are 2 Starbucks at the Louisville Airport. Let me be clear this review is for the location at Gates A and B. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE wait lines, RUDE staff and accuracy of your order is typically in question. Avoid at all cost if you can. I live in Louisville and utilize this airport often so this review is not a one time experience. Mobile orders are never ready either.

Quite disappointed with their handling of mobile orders. Ordered a simple grande dark roast BEFORE even heading to security. Got to the pickup area for mobile orders 10 minutes later (estimate was 0-3 minutes)and my drink was nowhere to be found. When I asked a barista about it, another tersley asked, "Did you just order that?" They had to take my name and make my coffee, so it was clear that it was nowhere on their radar. I know that they are extremely busy but why have mobile order if you are not going to track and implement it. Also, terrible way to engage a customer trying to get a coffee that he has already paid for. Also.....I wonder if they gave me decaf as in retaliation for speaking out. I still don't feel my usual coffee buzz and it's been 30 minutes since I finished my drink.

We recently went to Starbucks in New York four our anniversary and let me to you. This place is amazing. I get every Starbucks is the same in all but no this one was nicer than most. Employees: The employees were nice. They always had a smile on their face and were willing to answer any questions that we had. They worked at a very fast pace which is totally respectable because it is New York and their are a ton of people there. Atmosphere: The place as explained above was clean and just how I like it. You can feel the how clean it was the moment you walk in along with the free smells that absolutely smelled amazing. Food ordered: Passion Tea Next time we go back I'll be definitely go back there. If could give more than 5 stars I would. 10+
