Mitchell was very attentive and wonderful. I do want to know who the man was walking around asking everyone but us if everything was ok. I assume he didn't see us in the same area he asked several other people. You should do better whoever you are sir.
Mitchell keep up the good work.

This was our first visit to this local favorite. Service was amazing, staff were very friendly and accomodating. It was my husbands birthday and they brought us a complimentary piece of cake that was delicious. We both got the filet, they were both cooked perfectly and were absolutely delicious. We also got the spinach and artichoke dip, added crab for an upcharge and it was amazing. Husband said the woodford old fashion was the smoothest he has ever had. For sides we got the cheesy potatoes and the Mac n cheese, both were amazing. Can not recommend enough.

Expensive but a lovely experience!

We ordered the Steakhouse Meatballs and Spinach & Artichoke Dip for appetizers. Both were excellent. The meatballs were a surprising standout with excellent flavor. The artichoke dip is a winner because of the plentiful artichoke hearts throughout the dip.

For entrees it was the Ribeye Thick Cut and Filet Trio. The ribeye was superb. I ordered it cooked medium, which it was, and I was satisfied, but I recommend asking for medium rare. The thickness of the steak creates a different experience (still a good experience, but different), so take my advice and ask a level down from what you normally would. Oh, and it's a lot of steak, so brace yourself. My dining companion was very complimentary about the trio, but did note the blue cheese is quite strong, and recommended scraping some off before you take your first bite.

I thought the House-Cut French Fries were fantastic, and I'd definitely choose those as my spud again (or I'd consider the Shepherd's Pie). The Caramelized Brussels Sprouts are a highlight side dish. I don't typically care for them, but this place does it right.

Finally for dessert, the Créme Brulee and the Chocolate Cake. Both were very good, but I think the Créme Brulee has the edge between the two, especially because it was strawberry season. Neither was a must-order dessert though, but still very good.

Tyler, our server, took fantastic care of us! We never needed to ask for refills, he checked in at appropriate intervals and let us continue our conversation without unnecessary disruptions. He gave excellent advice on what to order, and I appreciated the experience he helped create for us.

The restaurant is set to dark-mode. Dim lighting, and every table has its own lamp. It's a unique ambiance. Of everything, the complementary rolls were the star of the show. After being seated, you'll receive rolls with a butter candle in the middle. Leave the rolls until the candle burns out; trust me, the rolls won't get soggy and it'll increase your satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Steak & Bourbon, and would absolutely come back.

Incredible food! Went when I was in the area for a work conference. Everything was good! Quite possibly the best filet I ever tasted. Halibut with crab bisque sauce was out of this world. Bread with the tallow, butter candle was delicious and really unique! This is hands down one of the best enjoyable meals I have had and will make a point to return if we are ever in the area again.

Steak and Bourbon East End has never ever disappointed. The meal starts with yeast rolls with butter/beef tallow candle. Omg. Let it melt and dip and eat. Salad are fresh, nice presentation. Steaks are so tender. My medium cook has been spot on every time. The sides are so good. Everything is fresh when it arrives. And dessert? Carrot cake and chocolate cake will end your meal with big finish. Service staff are very good in their roles. Price? I feel if you are willing to spend $30 for a steak at Longhorn( comparison in quality is visual), go the extra step and get a steak that is so fine. Never will you be disappointed. This has become our place to go for a memorable meal.

Incredible meal at a “celebratory “ expense. We went for a notable anniversary dinner on a Thursday evening and were surprised at how busy it was. Glad we made reservations. The service Matt provided was extraordinary. We'll ask for him again. We had the halibut with mashed potatoes, which were incredible, and steamed asparagus. Best fish dinner I've had in a long time. Overall, terrific experience in every aspect. We'll definitely go again.

Our server was Maggie and she was great- very attentive but not annoying, kind and helpful! There were 2 of us and we each ordered steaks - the trio and the filet- with au gratin potatoes and corn crème brûlée. We also had a cosmopolitan and their version of an espresso martini. Everything was delicious! The restaurant is well decorated and lively - they had a live saxophone player even! The atmosphere was nice but even after the saxophone player left, with just guests talking, it was loud. Overall, we enjoyed it and will most likely be back!

Almost too dark inside, but otherwise, phenomenal restaurant. Our waitress, Katie, was perfect. The food presentation and taste were excellent. We will certainly be back.

I’ve visited Steak & Bourbon several times over the past few months and have always enjoyed great food and service. Unfortunately, today’s experience was deeply disappointing. We were celebrating a very special family event and had a reservation, yet the restaurant manager and district manager refused to allow us to sit together as a family—even though there was clearly plenty of available seating. There’s more to the story, but I won’t share it here. I will be contacting the owners directly. This experience was hurtful and left a lasting impression. Sadly, I will not be returning.

We decided to try out the restaurant and I am so very happy we did. The mood is very relaxed and comfortable with large comfy chairs and even areas with couches for seating. Our server, Adam, was truly amazing and made us feel welcome and like a priority. We had a couple of the specialty cocktails and they were divine. The addition of the monogrammed large ice cubes was a great touch. The bread. The bread comes to the table with a tallow candle and lemon juice on the plate. It was truly delicious. All of us raved about our meals. The topper was dessert. The manager, Tim, let us know that the last piece of our first choice was not up to their standards. This is amazing. I love that the restaurant is keeping their food standards so high. Our second choice was still remarkable. This is definitely on my list for anyone wanting a great experience from food to ambiance to service.
