Steel City Pops gives a good paleteria a run for its money, although those are generally a lot less pricey. Nonetheless, even though they were "low on stock", I found the mango popsicle to be pretty much a mango in creamy popsicle format, with fibrous texture and everything. It was kind of miraculous. My wife's strawberry, lemon, and mango popsicle was like fresh juice in popsicle format... but again, creamy. I only really quibble with the price ($16 for 4 seems high) but in terms of quality, it tastes great.

I went to Steel City Pops on a hot summer day to cool off and to get something sweet. I loved my chocolate pop dipped in white chocolate and covered with cookie crumbs. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and got to enjoy my sweet treat!

Went to Steel City Pops all the time in Dallas. On our move north we were happy to see one in Louisville. Great flavors and always a fun stop, especially on a hot summer night.
Always a nice treat! I'm glad this location seemingly survived covid. My youngest kid loves to come get a popsicle with all the fixin's. The flavors often rotate and the pops are made in house with fresh ingredients. I watched as they were making the Avocado pops once, throwing in bunches of delicious, creamy, fresh avocados. Sugar. And milk. Pretty sure all the popsicles have fewer than 5 ingredients. My favorite ever is lavender lemonade, but I always struggle more with making a decision on one flavor, and not that I can't find a flavor that's appealing.

They got Popsicles with toppings. Love the chocolate drizzle option. They usually have tasty flavor options. I like it as a spot to stop when I am going on a long bikeride. It's refreshing.

I liked the interesting flavors they have, my husband has a weird taste palette so he tried the jalapeno pineapple and I tried a little, and it was good. I liked mine which was the strawberry lemonade.

The absolute best popsicle I've ever had. The texture is incredible. I got the strawberry cream dipped in dark chocolate popsicle and it tastes like the creamiest chocolate covered strawberry ever. The inside of the store is cute too and the surrounding area.
