Instead of cutting the meat up and putting it on the sandwich while I waited they snuck into a fridge under the counter and brought out a sandwich with meat already on it made earlier in the day or night before.

It's disappointing as we're staying there watching our food be made not even an hour ago we caught the mess up on my husband's but we didn't mind I get home to see I have ham and not turkey can't stand ham, I took a cab to get there a cab to get home so it not like i can afford to run back up there.

Been coming here for 30 + years. Went in tonight. Ordered two sandwiches. Worst sandwich I have ever got. Two slice of cheese , slices so thin you could see through it. Two slivers of turkey and roast beef. Can’t taste the meat only the bread. I will think twice about come back in here. The workers were friendly after they got off there speaker phone when trying to order my food

USED to be the Best chicken salad and macaroni salad in Louisville!
Stopped in today, for a Chicken Salad salad, to eat on my late lunch, like always...and the chicken salad was HORRIBLE, not able to eat it was so bad. Stopped carrying roast beef and now HORRIBLE chicken salad. Won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Italian sub fully dressed w/mayo was absolutely delicious! I saw that somebody complained about thinly sliced meat on sandwiches….? UHM do you know what kind of caliber sandwich artist or deli guru you need to be to make thin cuts like that?? Perfect Italian sub. And I grew up in the Northeast where you can’t walk 3 feet without bumping into a deli or sub shop. This place is awesome. First visit but not the last. Thank you! ? ⭐️
