Subway has always been a fave of mine. It's the people who work there that could be the issue.

There was only only 1 person working. She worked efficiently but she had a very nasty attitude and was rude when we first got there. We went with some of our family (5 ppl total) after the 5k triple crown race and were happily surprised the place was empty.The person working consistently glared at my husband while he was looking at the menu. It was very uncomfortable. She warmed up after he chit chatted with her, but we had done nothing other than walk in.We were told both the bathrooms were shutdown until the owner and plumber got there. There wasn't anywhere else within walking distance to use the bathroom so we left after ordering.

This is the Subway I go to the most. It's only a couple blocks from where I live. Nice location in the downtown area. The employees are friendly and keep it clean. The food is usually pretty good. There is not usually a line there, at least when I have been in there.

So I literally live steps away from the subway. Coming home from work. I was exhausted. Didn’t want to make anything had a taste for pizza. I know it sounds weird. Stopped in a subway that had a cheese pizza. I got extra cheese. It was good I didn’t expect it from them. Satisfied very inexpensive $5 ??♀️??

Drive through doesn't open until 11 am Which makes it hard if you're in a wheelchair we had to leave

My food was good, but I ordered through door dash and never received my drink. The driver said they said a drink wasn't included even though I was clearly charged for a sprite on my receipt.

Absolutely the best subway sandwich I have ever bought. This Hancock St location was on point with meats, cheese, toppings and customer service bought three seperated foot longs this picture doesn't show justice. Well worth the ?..

Wont give me a refund or food. I Used the subway app (employees kept saying contact doordash)and selected this store as its only 2 miles from house. I get there and they don't have my food and say it's in Indiana. I call Indiana and they say they don't have it. No one can get me a refund or my food. I have to do a stop payment to get my money back. No support at subway headquarters just an online form a robotic voice says to go fill out. I'm without food and without money and the employees don't care.

The sub and soda I got here was made fast and tasted awesome. I ate here twice so far and enjoyed it very well.Vegetarian options: Such a delicious vegetarian sub. I loved it.
