Highly incompetent. Ordered for delivery and my chips were missing. Contacted the store who was clueless and insisted I call DoorDash as they were the ones to deliver. DoorDash indicated the refund must be on Subways end and could not send dasher back out for missing item.
DoorDash was unable to get the store to understand the issue and had me contact the store again. I was told that Subway would not refund it as that meant they had to refund the whole order. They tried to get me to go out of my way when I explicitly ordered delivery to get the bag of chips. I indicated it was their mistake and I wanted the refund. I was refused and am never ordering from this store again. When you make mistakes you have an obligation to make it right to the customer, they did not. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order or use this store or you won’t get what you paid for.

I was in there today about 12:10 the cashier this is first time I see her I try to pay my subway app I did link my credit card card to it so I bay with every time so this not first time her attitude like this for the point not the payment girl I pay with it before and then she’s like don’t move the scanner it will miss my Machine up she was so

I wish I had gotten the names of the associates who were closing tonight (4/15/25 around 9:40pm) because I can’t brag on them enough. I had placed an online order which I felt bad doing so close to closing time, but I legitimately had not eaten in 2 days due to some physical/mental stuff I’ve been going through and I needed something close to home that I wouldn’t have to cook and wasn’t greasy. When I got to the store to pick up my order for me & my roommates, I noticed that my sandwich was missing and the employees immediately jumped to the task of making it right. They were also very kind and patient with me which really turned then end of my day around. Give those kids a raise!

I don’t know why I keep ordering here in hopes it will get better. They never follow the instructions from uber eats. My sandwich is never toasted, I get the wrong meat, they forget the sauce or put like a drop onto a foot long. The chicken I got on my sandwich today was riddled with black stuff that did not seem safe to eat. It’s really disappointing because subway is literally one of the easiest jobs you can have and still it’s a constant struggle to read instructions and follow through.
