The food was mostly acceptable. The lettuce was very brown and was definitely not fresh. The drink machine wasn't very clean. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned well in a while. It isn't in a very safe-feeling area. I felt pretty uncomfortable. I even questioned whether or not to go in and leave my car unattended.

Don’t even deserve a one star, placed a mobile order went to pick it up and manager said they don’t take mobile orders?? I don’t know why it would let me place it then but when I asked for a refund they couldn’t give it or make my sandwich after he seen it on my phone paid for and was for their address. He then told me I should have just ordered it in store, but I wanted it online so I could use the 40% off coupon. This is the first bad review I’ve ever had here and I could still use help to get my order refunded unless there’s a way to do it on the app that I’m not seeing. Subway be careful who you let represent you the staff at this store is rude and unhelpful.

They advertise the 5 dollar footlong doritos and when you order it they say we dont have it they are very rude all the employees are always on their phones with airpods they never listen to how you want your sandwich

I placed an online order and it charged me and said they made the order and it was picked up. When I went in the guy behind the counter told me he never got any order. This place is scamming and he moved the order along through the whole process even though they didn't make it. Avoid this Subway at all costs!!

The owner of this Subway location lacks transparency when it comes to accepting coupons. While the app allows you to use them, the owner often decides whether or not to accept them once you're at the store. In my experience, after using multiple BOGO and $12.99 FL coupons here before, today was different. He canceled my order without any notification other than the App.

I understand that he is focused on making money, which is fair, but it would be better if he followed the lead of other privately owned stores by toggling off certain coupons in the system.

Ultimately, he wasted my time and gas, as I drove to the store only to have my order canceled. To avoid similar frustration, I recommend going to another Subway nearby, where the experience will be much smoother. Show him that money isn't everything when running a business.

The lady that served me was on the phone using an AirPod, continued the conversation while taking my order, was getting items incorrect due to focusing on the phone call, and was very rude when speaking to me. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and she also told me to “hang on” so she could continue her conversation at one point.

The man that served us was rude! Gave him a coupon, and he told us there were only 3 choices to choose from! That was a lie! He wouldn't look at us! We will never go there again! Wouldn't hurt my feelings it they closed forever!!!

Very inconsistent with the posted hours. Says M-S 8am-9pm. Will they aren’t open it’s almost 9 am.
They weren’t open yesterday at 8, and they weren’t open last night at 8pm either.
Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
