The sandwich were ridiculous on the price the charged us 25.16 with less meat and more vegetables this is the subway on 412 South Hancock the store number is 58837-0. Just cause it's privately owned doesn't mean that they don't have to charge to much for there food. It took us 15-20 minutes before we were waited on this is ridiculous. We recommended that they closed that store due to the no customer respect there was another guy who came in and they put us sandwich better this is ashamed of them we will go somewhere else over charging on everything

I just had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free footlong deal from the app. My order was ready when I arrived and wrapped in a bag. Long story short, only 1 footlong was in the bag and one 6 inch sandwich. I called the restaurant several times to try and resolve the issue and they did not answer the phone AND do not have a voice-mail. Terrible service!

Do not recommend going here. Walked in they said they don’t do coupons when I asked why they didn’t have a good explanation and on top of that the staff is very rude and unwelcoming. If you’re not going to accept coupons put it on your display or something.

I ordered online and went in to pick it up and the manager came out acting like it wasn't mine and made me prove it by having me pull out my phone and showing him and he STILL didn't believe it was mine. I also asked for a side of sauce, they refused. Very rude! DO NOT GO HERE!

The worse sandwiches ever. I got a 6 inch subway club.It had 1 piece of turkey 1 piece of ham 1 piece of roast beef. 5 pieces of spinach and about 5 pieces of purple onions. This is the only sandwich I get an I know what it's suppose to look like an have on it. My 12 inch only have 2 of each. They are ripping you off. I will never go back to that store again.They never open on time so this was my first and last visit.

Food is good. But the employee serving food is wearing gloves to count money bills and uses the same without changing to make a sandwich. That’s too dangerous and disgusting. Please discard gloves often if you touching stuff other than food and wear new ones. There’s no meaning to wear gloves and make sandwiches after touching filthy money bills.

I'm not hating just on this particular Subway, but mainly all of em in general. The number one thing that irritates me about Subway is how it sends out all these coupons or gives you certain codes to use online, but none of their stores want to accept them anymore. Why even promote them if you won't allow customers to use them? I also don't frequent Subway as much anymore. Without the use of the coupons, the price for what you're getting just isn't worth it. There are better alternatives out there. I prefer Jimmy John's or Mike's over Subway any day. And now certain Subway franchises are giving less food on their subs and raising the prices. No thanks.
