I got a sandwich there and let me tell you that sandwich successfully entered my stomach and gave me sustenance. No complaints here!

These guys make davidson hall smell great. But also keep me hungry while im in my politics class. They work fast. Would've been a 4 if their drink machine was refilled with syrups when it needed to be.

This location needs better management they could do great business with it being near campus but when you don't have the food to serve then you don't know what you are doing there needs to be a shift manager in the evenings I understand it's a franchise but you need to keep things prepped and in stock no one can ever go get a pan of prepped veggies or meat out the back fridge. As some one who has managed a sandwich shop you can do much better.

The restaurant is clean and serves the standard Subway sandwiches. They are located a block from the Louisville Slugger Factory and Museum. This is very convenient.

This subway has nice workers but it is always way too cold in there and my toasted subs are never very hot and if they were their veggies and sauces are so cold they make it cold. Also they are always out of chocolate chip cookies and when you ask them to put les sauce they always put too much.

This subway is close to work, so I am there frequently, but today was my last time. For the second time the cashier has told me my rewards card didn't have enough points on it for a free sandwich when in fact I did have more than enough. The first time I attributed it to a system glitch, but this time she'd credited my card with my purchase, so I know the card itself was working. The person who appears to be the manager here is rude and it appears they have a high turnover rate for workers. There are plenty of sandwich options around the city for lunch. This will no longer be one of them for me.

The staff at this location are nice, but opening and closing times are never consistent. I wanted to stop here one morning (past 930) and they were closed. Opening was supposed to be 9am. The restaurant is usually clean, but there are often people outside asking for money. My order has always been correct, I just feel like there are more cons than pros for this establishment.

This Subway is located inside Davidson Hall, an instructional building on campus. Carry-out only as no seating is available. The line can get pretty long at mealtimes, but the staff are polite and steady. A favorite that should be familiar to most students.

A great value for the price. Stop here versus burger fast food joints. It is still fast food, but if you stick with chicken it is a bit better

I came in for soup and was told they wouldn't have any until October. The line was super long and their customer service/friendliness was terrible. My coworker ordered a sandwich and they kept messing up his order even though he was telling them word for word what he wanted on it. I will not return.

Nice standard Subway. Lots of windows with natural light, and a outside eating area facing 3rd St and the Jim Patterson Baseball Stadium across the street. Staff is always friendly, efficeint, and get order right.

As has been said, the staff can be....stand-off-ish. The one time I've been here, there were very few people there and no one in line in front of me. But no one was out front to actually make the sandwiches. And I just can't bring myself to be a (sometimes justified) b*tch and yell to get someone to help me out. The sandwich I eventually got was fine. But, even though this is close to my office, I have only been here once and it will probably stay that way. There are other, better, things nearby to eat for about the same amount of money.

If you are looking for a restaurant that has no understanding of customer service I recommend Subway on Broadway. I stopped by yesterday on my way to work and was greeted with a "what do you want?". Never a good first sign. I managed to order my sandwich and made it to the cash register where I attempted to pay with my visa check card. Immediately the woman began to have technical difficulties (her card reader froze). She unplugged and replugged in her machine several times. Never during the course of this did she apologize to me for the delay. She then called someone on the phone cursing several times in front of the line of customers that was forming about the machine malfunction. She asked if anyone was paying in cash and I informed her that I only had my card. She then stood there and stared at me as though I had intended to come into her store and not pay for my sandwich, clearly not the case since my check card was sitting on the counter next to her. Since she was clearly not going to allow me to leave with my sandwich, which was sitting already made on the counter in front of me, unless I magically produced some cash I just left and went elsewhere for lunch. I'm sure she had to throw out my food taking a loss on it regardless but now I'll probably never visit that store again.
