I stopped by this Subway and was pleased with how fresh everything tasted. The vegetables were crisp, the bread was soft, and the sandwich was made exactly the way I ordered it. The staff were polite and kept the counter area clean, which made the experience more enjoyable. The only issue was that the line moved slower than expected, so it took a little longer to get through. Aside from the wait, everything else was very good and I would return to this location again.

The employees at this location were OUTSTANDING! I came in with a 9 sandwich order and they were very attentive and made everything exactly to order, no issues! 🎉 Kind, friendly and very quick to get me on my way... Thank you for a great meal and a positive experience!

Refused to give my Door-dasher my order unless she signed for it. Called the store, young man was rude and cancelled my order and sent it to the Subway in Hikes Point. Customer service is horrendous.

My sandwich was being made and a customer came in to get there online order and the staff just stops making my sandwich and helps the online customer. Didn't say excuse me. My sandwich didn't get the bacon and my son sandwich didn't get cheese.

Workers are hard working always doing something and never standing around. Manger is very well mannered and polite. Workers are always double checking that they heard you right. Place looks very clean.

Where do i start? I'll start with the manager, the manager is known to hit on all of his female workers regardless of age (notice how his staff is only females). He is always rude and uses very foul language. The bread is always hard every time i go. Ive seen multiple cases of food poisoning here. Ive also seen roaches and rats in the bathroom multiple times. The manager has discriminated against the lgbtq+ and customers races.

This is my local Subway, but the owner/franchisee is too cheap to honor ANY of the Subway specials on the app or coupons received in the mail. I've never been here nor will I ever purchase anything here for that reason. Call me cheap, I don't care. Their revenue loss.

I’m not a person that writes reviews very often at all but after my experience at this subway I had to. When I walked in the door I was greeted immediately by Tonya with a very friendly upbeat positive tone “Hello! How are you doing?”. I observed her helping the customer in front of me and was so impressed with her proficient customer service skills & impeccable manners. This woman needs to be recognized for this! If only everyone could be treated so greatly when being served or waited on. She deserves a raise, bonus or some type of gift to give her the recognition in which she is worth! WOW just WOW. Thanks Tonya!
