Where do i start? I'll start with the manager, the manager is known to hit on all of his female workers regardless of age (notice how his staff is only females). He is always rude and uses very foul language. The bread is always hard every time i go. Ive seen multiple cases of food poisoning here. Ive also seen roaches and rats in the bathroom multiple times. The manager has discriminated against the lgbtq+ and customers races.

This is my local Subway, but the owner/franchisee is too cheap to honor ANY of the Subway specials on the app or coupons received in the mail. I've never been here nor will I ever purchase anything here for that reason. Call me cheap, I don't care. Their revenue loss.

I’m not a person that writes reviews very often at all but after my experience at this subway I had to. When I walked in the door I was greeted immediately by Tonya with a very friendly upbeat positive tone “Hello! How are you doing?”. I observed her helping the customer in front of me and was so impressed with her proficient customer service skills & impeccable manners. This woman needs to be recognized for this! If only everyone could be treated so greatly when being served or waited on. She deserves a raise, bonus or some type of gift to give her the recognition in which she is worth! WOW just WOW. Thanks Tonya!

Sometimes for lunch you want something quick, reliable, and easy. That's where my most recent trip to this Subway comes into play.Located about a mile-and-a-half from home, it's easy to get to and it's easy to see from Taylorsville Rd. It's located in a retail area that also has a bowling alley, a donut shop, a CVS, and one of the Dollar stores (don't ask me which one) and some other retailery.On this particular visit it surprisingly wasn't as busy as I expected for a lunch rush. When I walked in I was next in line to place my order.This location still has the plexiglass in place (COVID leftover), but I don't mind that so much, as it's all about keeping the customers and the staff safe and healthy.During any of my visits this location has always been very clean and brightly adorned. The art on the wall is clever and entertaining. The dining room and restrooms in this location have always been clean and tidy. You can tell the crew takes pride in what they do.As I travelled down the line while my sandwich was being prepared I had questions. I almost always exclusively order the B.M.T., but it's now called something like the Ultimate B.M.T....or some such similar thing. I don't know if it's the same or not, or if it's a "New & Improved B.M.T. with more meat and cheese"...or if it's a way for them to up the price on the thing. No matter.When I went to pay at the register they, of course, asked if I wanted chips (I didn't), and cashed me out. It's odd that at literally ANY Subway you go to, they look at you oddly if you don't get chips.This Subway has always been an easy Subway to dine at. See you again soon.

This was the worst subway I've ever experienced. The gentleman couldn't handle the simplest of instruction. Kept putting wrong food on wrong bread. Mixing up the orders. When I said I wanted bacon he, of course forgot. The lady tried giving me old burnt bacon until I made her throw it away. She the. Left my chicken in the microwave so long my cheese resolidified. Yuck. This place sucks. New team needed immediately. Never going back. Rather go to the good subways.

I'm never coming back to this place for 1 the manager was extremely rude and when I went to the bathroom there was LITERALLY a dead rat in the toilet do they not clean it or what this was so nasty

They refuse to take any coupons. The owner places signs in several places that says that 'at this time' they don't accept coupons. In reality, they never have and never will. Notice the tip jar just feet from another sign saying the same thing.

They do not accept coupons so I no longer go to this location but they have a tip box by the register!! The management needs to take care of their employees and accept Subway coupons!!

I never like the behavior of the old Asian lady . It is not for one time, I have visited there four times and her behavior was the same(rude). Will never visit that place again.
