My best piece of advice is not to order online from this store!! Our order is never ready at the quoted time - and moreover, it’s not accurate. When you pay extra for additional protein, you expect to receive it. Well, don’t. It’s a shame, as this location is very convenient to our home, but has to be the worst. If you visit, make sure expectations are low, and only make orders in person. Consistently under-staffed.

Was in there to pick up an online order. Manager was dealing with being short staffed and a line to the door along with multiple online orders. She handled situation with professionalism and calmness. Didn't waiting a bit because I could see she was working incredibly hard to make sure everyone was taken care of

Vegetarian options: The veggie delight is one of my go to sandwiches for lunch or dinner

The guy who made my food was very nice to meet and greeted me when I walked in the door but the woman with the ponytail swinging all over the place was very rude and giving me racist vibes she didn’t acknowledge me when I had a question and was staring at me my entire visit I will not be returning to this store

I didn’t realize the making of a subway sandwich could change it so much. I’ve ordered the monster sub before but this time it was just so good. Shoutout to this blonde lady she was so kind and it was just so good. Notably good subway sandwich I am so joyous

One of the younger workers was sitting on the top of the bread cart with her feet on the trays below with bread on the trays. OMG I almost freaked out! I had another employee ask her to get down. She gave me a very dirty look. No one took the fact that her feet touched bread on those trays seriously. They just brushed it off. Never again will I eat here.

I am not one to commonly leave negative reviews, but I do not plan on ordering from this Subway ever again. They've messed up my order in the past and I just chose to let it go. Today I had the free time to go back into the store (after driving home) because my online order was incorrect.I had ordered two bowls and both bowls had avocado on it (which is an upcharge). When I received my order, both bowls did not have avocado on it. I already paid for it online. I went back to the store and let them know they had messed up my order and I was just hoping to get a new one re-made--no harm, no foul. The employee at the counter was very nice and understanding and remade my order... And nearly each step of the way was incorrect in more ways than just missing one ingredient.Firstly, both bowls had spinach, and he started to make a lettuce bowl. One bowl had tomato the other didn't, and he put tomatoes in both. I told the young man it's OK to take his time and I did not try to rush or pressure him. At this point, another employee came up to order his lunch for his break, and the employee who was working on correcting my order went to help him instead, after putting another incorrect ingredient on one of the bowls.There were two other employees in the back that could of helped this other employee if he was struggling to fulfill a simple online order. I requested a refund at this point which they obliged.

They made my sandwich with their bare hands. I was so disgusted, then they tried to lie to their manager that they were wearing gloves when I clearly seen them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here!! It’s so dirty in there, the whole staff was rude.

Ordered online: Turkey Sandwich with flatbread, bacon, and avocado. I PAID EXTRA for bacon and avocado, and they did not put on bacon OR avocado, and they gave me Italian bread instead of flatbread. What the h3ll?! Horrible! Never going to this location again!
