Employees are clueless! I ordered a $3.99 protein wrap and was charged $16+ with a drink and chips. When I questioned the price, his first excuse was the $3.99 was an up charge on top of the sandwich price, for a wrap?!?! When I googled the price of the protein wrap and showed him he over charged me, he said he made me a big wrap đŸ€”

If you get Subway coupons in the mail, don't bother. This location will see the coupon in your hands and wait until you've fully built your sandwich and gotten to checkout before they tell you they don't accept coupons at all. Subway isn't affordable or delicious anymore. What a cheap and despicable bait and switch tactic.

Great crew, service and food. I stop here for lunch at least once a week. The chicken bacon ranch is my go to sandwich. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great!

Unfortunately whoever manages your drinks somehow mixed up root beer and Pepsi. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home. And no, I did not pick the wrong dispenser, I triple checked since there were 2 Pepsi options (normal and one with no sugar).

A nice clean store with decent service, however they are clearly trying to save money and limiting the meat they put on subs. My fiancĂ©e took two bites before getting any meat. My ham sub was extremely thin on meat. Understand why there’s plenty of Reddit feeds about a lot of Subway’s skimping on meat portions. Based on other reviews, I’ll be going to another Subway next time since prices keep rising, but portions get smaller. Also an indicator of why they don’t take coupons as profit margins are their main concern.

So today we ordered a meal for our children and they wrapped one of their knifes in one of the sandwiches. We then went up to the store to confront them about the issue and they refused to contact the owner who actually made the sandwich nor offered any type of apology. I am beyond appalled at this store and needless to say we will be reaching out to corporate to get an actually response for the issue.

Don’t go here and order a sandwich expecting to use a coupon. You’ll end up with an overpriced sandwich that is already made & you’re left with being an asshole by leaving without paying for it or buying a $9 6” sandwich.. You’d think since it’s a subway coupon then it would work at subway, but you’d be wrong.

Ordered on door dash and my food wasn't even edible. The meatball sub was cold and my pretzel was hard as a rock...it was probably old. They even messed up my cookie order!

The employee by the name of Henry was the most helpful. I’ve been frequenting this specific location as my main one for several months now. I tend to make sure he’s the one making my sandwhich as he somehow always makes it better, nothing extra or anything- he just does a great job always while being friendly. A clean location. I tell all my friends this is the best location.

I love coming here & the lady who runs it is super sweet, fast & accommodating. Recently I haven’t been able to order my usual order on the app for whatever reason just for this specific location(which is the best location in Middletown in my opinion). Because of this I’ve had to call in my order the past few weeks & it’s always the same lady who runs it that I’m familiar with who answers & she knows about this issue. Today I called in & an employee answered, was pretty rude to me saying that I need to come in & order it in person? And that they needed to hang up because customers were in there? I am a very regular loyal customer to this specific location because I absolutely love the lady who runs it but this kinda upset me. I said ok I guess I won’t get it today then & hung up. Would be 5 stars if that didn’t happen. Made me not wanna call again to place an order in fear it would be that same person :( Don’t make customers feel like a bother.
