The employee by the name of Henry was the most helpful. I’ve been frequenting this specific location as my main one for several months now. I tend to make sure he’s the one making my sandwhich as he somehow always makes it better, nothing extra or anything- he just does a great job always while being friendly. A clean location. I love coming here & the lady who runs it is super sweet, fast & accommodating. Recently I haven’t been able to order my usual order on the app for whatever reason just for this specific location(which is the best location in Middletown in my opinion). Because of this I’ve had to call in my order the past few weeks & it’s always the same lady who runs it that I’m familiar with who answers & she knows about this issue. Just had lunch at the Shelbyville Road Subway by Kroger; sandwich was delicious, but the staff was even better! They were so nice and helpful, and seemed genuinely excited when I told him it was my first time at a subway. They even offered me a free cookie! I will be going again!
