I placed a pick up order and when I got home with the food it was messed up so I go all the way back there to get my food redone and I asked them to do it and they laugh in my face and then I told them what I want and they start putting the stuff on it and they push it behind the thing so I can’t see what they’re doing and then put it in the oven and then I get to the end of line and the other guy tries to make me pay for it like none of them know what’s going on at all . And I got to the parking lot and checked my food and it was still wrong. No sauce. How do u mess up twice it’s retarded. The guys name was Bryce and some other blonde guy too. Service horrible, food horrible. 6/19/24

I placed an order in the app and picked it up using the drive thru. I got the Grand Slam Ham, which is supposed to have extra ham and 2x cheese. It didn’t have more of either and they didn’t add the other toppings I ordered. My other two sandwiches were light on ingredients, they forgot the cheese, and the bread was hard. I complained using their website and I was told they were sorry but that was it. Their subs haven gotten expensive and this particular subway’s quality is bad. Go down the road a little ways, it is worth the extra drive.

I worked at this Subway for two years. I was told I couldn't get my job back because I had cashed out on my stock (which no one informed me of beforehand), yet I know someone who works there that still has a job after stealing from their register.. and is probably still stealing from them today.If you go during the evening, expect to see a bunch of rude highschoolers pretty much running the show, with little to no disciplinary action.If you don't see anyone up front, just peak through the door by the fridge.. they're probably just sitting back there, on the ground, on their phones..

Ordered a 6inch cheese steak for $11.23 as a meal. Received order real quick like it was premade and then microwaved quick under 3 minutes. Sandwich was incredibly small and the extra toppings ordered missing from sub furthering suspicions of premade #1.I would not use the drive thru again. I would want to watch the person make the sub for future orders to ensure that for amount I am getting a real sub as I was able to eat it within 4 bits . Note I did advise the staff prior to leaving that the sub was horribly undersized for a sub. They just looked at me so very checked out during the transaction. Convenience of drive thru is a good concept but not worth the lack of product. I worked for a subway franchise when I was in high school and so I would say it could have been a better experience. I have ordered inside and gotten better product so this may have been a one off experience but I will skip the drive thru in The future.

I ordered four subs using the app. I went to the store and picked up my order. I found only three subs in the bag. I said something to the guy and he turned around and asked an older gentleman and he snapped back with “I made everything that I was supposed to.” I gave the original guy the bag and receipt. The older guy snapped the receipt out of his hand and walked off. He then came back with the missing sub. When I got home I found that the “melt” had no cheese. Melts are supposed to have 3x the cheese, and they charge extra for it. I contacted the store and no one cared. They literally took more money for less product. Remember $5 foot longs? Now they can be over $12 and they have no quality control. Won’t go back to this location.
