This is the only subway I go to. It’s super clean all hours of the day and even near closing. I didn’t go to subway for years because of the amount of locations I have been to in various states where maybe the bread was old or there were toppings everywhere. The 1 star reviews must before for prior employees because this is the only subway I have ever left a review for and deservingly so. They are also very nice!

It's been quite a while since I stopped at a Subway. With all the competitors they seem to have stagnated, despite their "new & improved" menu. This location was sparkling clean. And my toasted Turkey sub was just as I remembered. I always pack it with as many fresh veggies as possible for added crunch. Made to order, I always skip the oil and mayo and go with mustard and salt & pepper on a whole grain bun. Bottom line? A decent, but hardly innovative sandwich. My only disappointment was a sour sandwich maker. No smile. Barely intelligible. I felt like I was intruding on her day. Oh, those days of the $5 lunch? Long gone.

I had an exquisite experience eating there. I know I’m saying this for fast food but omg. The new owners are so kind and even gave out a free cookie opening week. The store is so much more clean. The service was really fast too. The owners were so friendly and talkative compared to the old ones. I am delighted by this experience. I hope this store becomes really successful. When I went they were so busy moving. But even though they provided the best service. My daughter was late to her ballet classes and the sandwich was prepared in record breaking time. I am definitely going back!!!

Just visited this store today and found out it was under new ownership, it turns out to be one of the best experiences at a subway for me. The entire store looked really neat and clean, the employees welcomed us with a smile and took care of our special needs since my whole family is vegetarian. Best of luck to the new owner and the whole team!

I recently visited a Subway under new ownership and management and was impressed by the improvements. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, from the dining area to the condiment station. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this Subway location for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great service.

Terrible subway location. They accidentally put my bacon on somone else’s sandwich and then when I told them instead of getting new bacon for me they took it off the sandwich with the bacon covered in mayo and mustard and put it on my sandwich before I could even say anything! Then when I ask if she can make me a new sandwich she picked up the bacon back off the sandwich and whiped the mayo and mustard off with her hands!!!!! Then got mad when I told her to remake the whole sandwich.

This experience was an absolute waste of time. Will NEVER go to another subway again, this was such a bad experience. This store’s customer service deserves a negative out of 10. Wouldn’t even give them a 1. I ordered my family two foot long sandwiches on Uber eats and both are absolute garbage.One was a chicken, lettuce and double cheese sandwich. There is no cheese at all, even though we paid for extra. The flatbread is hard as a rock and obviously old and past expiration. They put an ungodly amount of ranch on it too, to the point that it is inedible.The meatball sub on Italian herbs & cheese was not toasted, tastes old and had one single piece of cheese on it.The oatmeal raisin cookie is hard as a rock and can hardly even be bitten or broken in half.When we called to talk to a manager, they were rude: didn’t apologize or even give a greeting, it was “subway hubbards lane” and I relayed the issues about the order. She said “you want a refund?” then the call ended.When I called back, the phone was a dial tone as if they had unplugged it.So I called back another 6 times with no answer. When they finally did answer, she was even more rude than before and without addressing any of the issues, told me to calm down. Then hung up AGAIN.Now I am receiving “no caller ID” phone calls, literally within seconds of them hanging up. I have received six of these calls within the last 10 minutes of calling them.

I just came for lunch and met the new owners and staff. Today was their first day. I could tell the store had new owners before they even mentioned it. There was a very obvious improvement in the atmosphere and the customer service. The store was much cleaner and the staff was continuously cleaning up after themselves. It was also nice to not feel like a burden when I walked through the door, which is how it felt with the old staff. Other customers in line were also talking about how much better the customer service is now. Congrats to the new owners and good luck!
