If i could give 0 stars i would. They are always rude, the sandwhiches always look like crap with everything on one spot or hardly any of the products u ask for and if u ask for more spinach or whatever they look at you like you are the worst. They dont take coupons and even turn off footlongs on online ordering like be so for real. I gave them too many chances. Wont be back.

After reading many other reviews here I see we are not alone. We went to this location for lunch today. Upon walking in, there was 1 other customer. It took several minutes to even be acknowledged, but okay. My son asked the (I assume) owner behind the counter if we could could use our coupon there. (Sorry, we didn't see your sign, we were looking at the menu) This (I assume) owner behind the counter quite rudely told us "No! We do not take coupons here!"... We turned around and left! Shame on you for being rude to people who wanted to spend money in your establishment! Shame on you for having no manners, no customer service! My hope is you close up shop soon and we get a nice sandwich shop in your place.

I went in here and got a tuna sub and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. She does the sub everything fine then when it comes to the soup she comes from the back I don't even know where the soup comes from sticks the soup in the microwave, and serves me a lukewarm bowl of soup, that the cheese wasn't even melted. It looks so awful I couldn't bear to keep eating it. When I tried to explain to her sticking a bowl of soup in a microwave is not fresh, she proceeds to try to argue with me and tells me well I stick the sub in the microwave. To which I have to tell her that is not a microwave that is an air fryer. A microwave radiates your food and destroys your your food nutritional value unacceptable, I thought Subway was eat fresh sticking food in the microwave is not fresh. Won't be coming back here!!!

Went to this location with the whole family last night , I have to set the twin boys, and it's me and my wife, We were planning on using some coupons. When we got there, there was a sign that read we do not accept any coupons of any kind. Well Subway. Even with coupons you lost out on a lot of money.Six people turned around after seeing that sign and talking to your help, which she was not very nice, so we walked back to the car , We decided to also use this as a lesson to the kids since we do homeschool, We explained how greed, and cutting corners ill mannered rude, and foul customer service will make a business go down real quick, We decided to go to the subwaY in Middletown instead, where they got to enjoy our $73 order, . We then showed the kids how this store was busy. And yours was not. This was a great learning experience for them. They really took it in and looked around. The things my kids picked out was The friendly customer service the greeting we got when we came through the door, The fact that they honored their advertisement,.the clean, bright lobby,We also talked about what (bait and switch was,) And how much we spent at this clean beautiful wonderful Subway. and how we noticed yours was very empty & Dirty And your customer service was not friendly at all:) after some coupons, and$73 dollers we notice that you'r store was completely empty☺️ .and the rude worker at your store , This is priceless, This is Your loss. And we see why yours was empty and losing money, but the other owners In Middletown well they were packed . People we're coming and going right up until they closed at 10:00 wow Middletowns location was packed, And they took coupons, In fact when we told the employees, They had never heard of such a thing of a subway not honoring Subway coupons, we got great service there as well,.. I can see why they'r packed and you where not , Middletown had great service, They took our Subway coupons, The staff there were excellent and friendly, And they greeted us with a smile even though they were still busy, ?, I can see why yours was empty. Your sign was rather rude, your customer service was very unfriendly, The place was darkly lit and dirty, and a bit disorganized And we got absolutely no greeting at yours store, In fact the staff at your store snubbed us, as if ...we were bothering them,... I can see why yours is empty. :) Courtesy honorable, fast and friendly service goes a long ways, especially in the restaurant industry. My kids learned a lot from this experience. Being able to show them who the winners are and who the losers are. We are taking bets of when you go out of business ?We have each marked a date on the calendar. The prize is a subway trip to the midtown!!! Location.

The sub hardly had tuna in it. It was like eating a veggie sub instead. The broccoli soup was watered down. The cheese didn't look smooth but clumpy. When I took off the lid, I looked at it and threw it out after stirring it. I understand we're going through tough times because we're all feeling the $$ crunch. But when a customer comes and pays for a product, I expect nothing less! What do I wholeheartedly recommend? Please go to another location. This place cuts corners. I posted my receipt as proof I was at this location. I'm highly disappointed. Then he was like, "don't leave the tip using your card; leave cash instead." ? While pointing at the box on the counter. Oh! Don't forget to read the letter management posted.
