Crummy, uncaring service anytime weve been. They like all Subways in this area will CHARGE YOU for extras like chees3 BUT NOT put it on. Also petty to complain this last time to get there before 10:00. News flash, we did and you still couldnt done our sandwiches right. I worked at a Subway, not hard. Robbery prices, cold food and people. 👎

I placed an order from the app for delivery. Apparently, they use door dash. I never received my food and they won't answer the phone. I'm out over $20 and no lunch.

Since when does Subway not take coupons? They still print them, saying they don't accept coupons, and I couldn't get my food. Please tell me why you put them out if you don't accept them.

The food is always really good when I come in there, but for some reason today, my sandwich look like a two-year-old made it like someone just threw it all together. The lettuce was outside the wrapper it wasn’t wrapped properly. The bread was undercooked. I asked for it toasted it wasn’t toasted. The sweet tea was not very good. It wasn’t sweet. It was tasted diluted more water than tea.

This is the worst messiest sandwich I've ever had. I know I put a lot of sauce on my sandwiches but for some reason the person who made my sandwich put the sauce on top of all of the bread when it was wrapped up and made it really difficult to eat. Also one of my sandwiches the bread fell apart on. Making a mess everywhere and making it hard to eat. If the bread doesn't look right then don't make a sandwich with it!

Let me preface by saying I have visited this location several times weekly over the past several years. Recently, I have had contact issues with the GM or new store owner whatever her title is. Her name is SHITAL. In my interactions with Shital in reference to customer service issues, she is very disconcerning, short and very demeaning. If I hired a person like this at my business, I probably would not be in business. She is very rude and disrespectful toward customers.

Shital shouldn’t be interacting and serving customers. Shital is an embarrassment to the Subway franchise.
